I looked over at my empty bed. It hasn't been the same since Mully left and it never will be

Flash back

It was third of December. I took a deep breath inhaling the smell of fire and gingerbread. I looked over at Mully who was smiling as we pulled out the cookies we just made. "Josh! I wanna go on a walk today! It's nice and it's snowing so we can build a snowman!" He said while carefully placing the cookies on the oven to cool down. I nodded and slipped on my shoes. He grabbed my winter coat and held it out while I put my arms in. He grabbed red roses and held his hand out which I took. We walked to a park near by and sat down on the swings and rocked back and forth slowly. Mully handed me the roses and smiled. I blushes a dark red almost matching the shade of the roses and smiled. "Thank you Mull" I said while smelling the nice scent the roses gave off. He then got down on one knee and looked up at me. "Josh...I love you so much! Please make me the happiest man alive. Will you marry me?" He said while blushing a light shade of pink. Tears brimmed in my eyes. "I-i can't...Mully I cheated! M-me and Geage we're drunk and we slept together...it meant nothing to me!" I said while tears rolled down my cheeks. He looked up at me with tears forming in his eyes. "You cheated on me?...Josh your the only person that I care about and you fucking cheat on me!?" He said with puffy eyes. "M-mully I love you! I really do and I'm so sorry!" I said while getting off the swing getting ready to hug him. "It's to late for that...I'm leaving Josh" He said while getting up and walking away. I stared sobbing as soon as he left. I fucked up and the one person I love left me!
