Ever had a nightmare? With spiders and snakes and fire? I seem to have them everynight for two weeks. They all start off the same, smoke creeping into my room. I stand up to see what's burning maybe my mom fell asleep again while cooking a cake like she often does. When I look on the floor there is Snakes all over the floor sliding all over my feet As I open my mouth to scream nothing comes out I feel something crawling all over my arms I look down and see the deadlest spiders crawling all over me. I try to scream, again nothing comes out. I finally am able to move my feet and I run to the heart of the smoke and see the Mantel is aflame. I run BACK to my room and see the Spiders and Snakes are gone and grab my phone. I dial 911 and explain. I then turn to find my parents and younger sister I run out of my door and I turn my head and I see all three on fire and they run and I mean RUN at me but once again I can't move they reach me I catch ablaze and I slowly die.

I wake up sweating. I touch my face and feel tears streaming down my face. Two weeks ago my family died in a house fire I was the only one to get out safely. My father owned his own law firm, Cortez, Lee, & James Law Firm in San Francisco, California. I being the oldest after I graduated college I was to take over well seeing now I live in Texas I can't do so. I hear a knock on my door.
"Come in." I say.
"Morning Kyia." Colby says.
"Morning." I whisper.
"Have another nightmare?" He asks.
"Yeah." I answer.
"Have you talked to mom?"
"No. Why should I?"
"Oh. Um. Nothing! Kyia!!!"
Let me tell you a little something about these boys.
Colby is the oldest, he's 18 a senior in high school. Also the star quarterback on the football team. He's 6 foot. It's crazy. He has bright bright blonde hair with Ice blue eyes. He kind of reminds me of that kid off of Harry Potter you know the one with the blonde hair? He's a bit of a'Turn everything that is said into a sex thing such as 'That's What She Said'.'
Next there's Caleb. He's 16. He's a soccer player. He has a girlfriend--- who seems to Love me to death---Ashton. Caleb and I are in the same grade also he is nerd and wears those nerdy glasses which is kinda cute.
Next is Cameron, he's 13 a bit wild I would say. He is on the Baseball and Basketball team he's a Freshman he's a bit cocky but he's a lovable kid.
Last is Cannon he's 10. He not only is the youngest but he is a little Albert Einstein. Because of his age he is supposed to be in 4th but he's in 6th grade. Thats all of 'em. Since Colby has helped me through everything he is the only one I really know but the other three I know as well.
"Good morning Kyia did you sleep okay?" Manda asks me when I walk into the kitchen.
"The same as I have been since I got here Ma'am."I say as I wash my hands to help her cook.
"Kyia! I told you Call me Manda! None if that Ma'am or Mrs. Reeves junk!" She exclaims.
"Sorry Manda." I whisper.
"No you're not!" I hear Colby laugh.
"Shuddup!!" I laugh. Manda hands me a plate of eggs along with a Hashbrown and a Piece of toast.
"Eat up y'all need to get to school." I smile eat the food and I grab my bag. I look at the three boys I will be riding to school with.
I've been here two weeks and this is my first day of school. Lets see how it goes.
