I wake up in the morning. I noticed that Thomas wasn't next to me. I admit I was kinda sad. I went to check if he was in the guest room. He wasn't there. I had walked down the stairs he wasn't on the couch,but the TV was on. So I walked into the kitchen and there he was eating some cereal.
"Were you looking for me" he asked. I had answered in a clever way,by kissing him. I then went upstairs and brushed my teeth. I went downstairs to get some cereal for myself. I had picked Cinnamon Toast Crunch. As I was eating Thomas asked if he could make some pancakes and bacon. I thought about it then I wondered how it would taste. In the end I said yes.
When I finished my cereal I walked over to see how Thomas was doing. He was doing really good. As I was about to say something Emma had FaceTime me. I answered it. "Hi August watcha doing" she asked. I had went by Thomas and showed that he was here and cooking. He looked at my phone and said "Hey Emma" Emma the said hey back.
Afterwards we had talked for 10 minutes then she had to go. Thomas had finished too. He had even fixed a plate for me. The pancakes were nice and golden. The bacon was great too. As we ate I remembered that we had practice. Though it was at 4:30 and it was 8:45. After eating I had went to the living room and watched tv.
It was on Cartoon Network. I had then fell asleep. Thomas had eventually woke me up and told me we had to get to practice. As I got dressed he was waiting in the car. As we drove to practice time went quick. I was there then it was over.
As we went back to my house I started to get hungry. Thomas noticed and stopped by Zaxby's. I had got my regular the Nibbler. We went home and I then ate my food. I had shared some with Thomas too.
I then remembered that Thomas had to go home and I had to welcome my parents back home. This is when I asked. "Will you be my boyfriend?" I asked. "Yes I will love you so much." Thomas said. I started to smile. My first boyfriend.
As Thomas packed his clothes I asked Emma if she could come over. As Thomas started to walk out the door Emma was waking up. "Bye babe." Thomas said then kissed me. "Squeee" Emma says as we kiss. I sigh. I felt kinda sad but I would see him at school.
"Ok so what do you want to to watch. Pitch Perfect, Divergent or Insurgent. I had chose Insurgent as we watched the movie I couldn't help but text Thomas.
Thomas: can I come over Friday?
Me: yeah sure
"Hey no boyfriends now." Emma said then took my phone. I sighed and watched the movie. As the movie ended I just loved the ending.
I really wished that we could jump to Friday. I really wanted to see Thomas. Enough of that though. I then texted my mom when she was coming back.
Me: when r u guys coming back
Mom: August u r in the 10th grade u can fend for yourself but we will be coming back next Wednesday.
Great I had another week home alone. Why did they have to be gone so long. I know I know. I'm 16 1/2 I can take care of myself. At least the good thing is that the took my little brother Kyle with them.
Emma had asked me what I wanted to do. It was 10:30 I wanted to go to sleep. It exactly what I did. I walked up to my bedroom. Got in the shower then put on my pajamas and went to sleep. As I woke up I found Emma at my bedside. Why was she right here. I had then woke her up and asked her why she was in my bed. "Well I didn't feel like walking to the guest room" she said. I sighed. This was Thomas' special spot. Here she is laying in it.
I know I know she is my friend. It doesn't matter. The thing is that he was there first. I'm also more comfortable with him there. I know that I don't need to have this in my mind. Just think about it. He was here for about 3 or 4 days.
I just dealt with it and went to sleep. As i was sleeping Emma started snoring. I had slapped her to wake her up. "Ow, why did you do that" Emma said in pain. "You were snoring like a dog" I said with little attitude in my voice. " You could've just turned me on my side" Emma said with some spunk in her voice too. I just turned my back and started to sleep again.
