Part 8

I woke up to the bright light  of the street lights peering through the window. I sprawled my arm out to reach for Robert and he wasn't there and then I remembered that i was in the spare room.

I checked my phone and seen it was 6.30am.

"Ugh" i groan.

I get up and grab the blanket that was laying on the bed and put it around my shoulders. I was actually wide awake and i didn't know why.

I slowly walked down the stairs not to wake Robert or Callie and i walked straight to the kitchen. I made myself a coffee and i walked to the living room.

When i got there Robert and my father was sat on the sofa talking while Callie was in her pen and Oscar was in Callies vibrating chair.

"Hello father why are you here so early?" I ask sitting on the single chair.

"Well your mother said to come and see if you want me to look after Callie for you to go to work" he says.

"I have a day off on a Friday"

"Awh can i still have her anyway i love having her over the house" he says with a sad face.

"If you want I'm going to see this old man later to plan the wedding" i say jokingly.

"Talking to me now are you?" Robert asks.

"I was always talking to you what makes you think I wasn't?" I say with a confused face.

"Well you know you didn't sleep in our bed last night so i was guessing you wasn't talking to me"

"Rob the reason i slept in the spare room was because callie and you were sprawled out watching peppa pig i knocked it off and didn't want to wake you both"

"Oh right sorry"

"Its okay get dressed you will be late" i say and he rolls his eyes.

He gets up and walks up the stairs.

"When do you want the wedding?" My father asks.

"Well its February now i was hoping for it to be in June or July for it to be hot" i say.

"Me and your mother had it in December and oh god it was cold good idea to do it in summer but thats not long though five or six months to get sorted"

"True but we will figure it out" i say and Robert walks down the stairs.

"Holy shi-" i say with my mouth wide open.

"Language!" My father says.

"Old man be christ he knows how to make a girl drop to her knees and shout daddy" i say and Robert smirks. My father on the other hand  looked at me shocked.

"Woah okay Olivia calm down" my father says and i laugh.

" how can i when he looks like that!" I say and i walk over to him.

He kisses me softly and pulls away.

"I need to leave as i need to get juice for my car first and i need to speak to Paul before first lesson"

"Okay! I will come over later to see you" i say.

"Okay sweetie i love you" he says smiling.

"I love you too!" I say blowing a kiss to him.

He chuckles and grabs his keys and his coat and walks out the door.

"You have really fallen for him havent you?" My father asks.

"Yeah when i seen him in school I didn't think that we would end up together because you know normal students and teacher don't go out but that first day he kissed me i knew that we had something. Its weird him being older than me but i do love him dad more than i can ever imagine. He is perfect he isn't like any other man i have seen normally boys just want you for the sex but him no he cares for me" i say.

"I know i can tell you are in love you are glowing when you are around him. When i first heard about you two I wasn't liking it but now he have grown on me and i have known him for years and he is a good friend to me but that doesn't stop me from hurting him if he hurts or breaks your heart"

I stood up and sat next to my dad and hugged him. I have missed my dad hugs we haven't really got the time to hang out alone these days. When i was younger me and my dad would always do something on a Friday but it stopped once i was 13 as i had 'friends'. Sometimes he would bring tom paddy sam and harry along with us but i really enjoyed it when it was just the two of us.

"Dad next Friday can we do something again like when i was younger?" I ask.

"Of course sweetheart!" He says happily

I pick up callie and take her upstairs to change her. She had a wet nappy so i changed that and put her into a light blue dress and tights. I brushed her hair and pit it up in a little pony tail and took her back down to my dad.

My mother was now sat on the sofa with my dad.

"Hey mum!" I say.

"Hello sweetie awh callie looks adorable" she compliments callie.

"Thanks. Can you watch her while i get dressed?" I ask.

" of course come and have a cuddle with nanny" she says taking her out of my arms.

I walked upstairs and looked through my wardrobe for something to wear.

I got changed into this and headed back downstairs to my parents.

"Looking beautiful" my father complements me and i smile.

"Why thank you father" i say.

We talk for a while and then i go and clean my teeth again as i had coffee breath. I came back down and gave callie a kiss and also Oscar. It was weird thinking oscar was an uncle even though he is younger that callie.

I hopped into my car blasted one direction and jammed out to it.
