today was finally the awaited day.
after what felt like years since getting the sealed envelope from her doctor that contained the gender of her third baby, there was only a few hours away until she knew for sure what she was having. as she had already told everybody that had asked her what she was having, both her gut and maternal instinct were telling her that she was having another girl.
her and lando had talked about what they would do if they were to have another daughter; what they would name her, if they'd call her what they wanted to call their other girl, would she be called after a member of their family. but despite asking all of these questions, neither one of them had an answer for any of them.
Cassidy had done an amazing job at organising this gender reveal and in such a short notice too, in just five days she had been able to execute every detail and decorate her back garden to fulfil their gender reveal dreams. due to the fact that Louis's gender reveal had to be done over zoom because of the pandemic and that Rosie's was done in the mclaren garage in Miami, this was their first official one.
their closest friends were there, mostly friends of lando as thea only had about ten close friends and so far, only four of them had arrived; but she could understand why the others weren't here, they lived in different countries and they obviously would have had other priorities. despite this, she still had carmen, George's girlfriend, Helen, Charlotte and lucinda.
"t, who the fuck is that with lando?" ben mumbled to thea as he watched max, lando's family and lando walk in with a brunette woman by their side and she immediately knew who she was. thea had seen the woman countless times online, she had been tagged by fanpages , she'd seen edits of her and she'd seen the many comments of the fans shipping her and lando together.
"that's luisa." thea sighed, the entire situation quickly annoying her as both her and lando had only wanted to include the people closest to them on this day, but lando obviously had other ideas.
"don't look too pissed off." ben chuckled, his eyes scanning over Thea's resting bitch face as she made no attempt to take her eyes off the duo as they were greeting others.
"i'm not, i'm fine." diverting her attention from Luisa and lando, thea looked over to ben who was still chuckling by the side of her as he took a sip of his drink whilst wrapping his arm around her shoulder.
"try telling that to your face." he covered her face with his hand making the blonde woman giggle and shake him off of her, sorting her hair out even though nothing had to be fixed. "put on a smile and go over to them."
