Hi Y'all! Sara here speaking. Wow, who would've thought that I would actually be here on Wattpad writing a story- not only reading lol. Shocking :O
But you know what, I thought that you only live once so I might as well give it a go XD

Okay I really need to stop blabbering randomly (so sorry, I never seem to stop with that lol I can't help it). Basically, the whole point of this probably tedious Author's Note is to give a quick introduction and background to myself, this story and its characters. And to thank you as the readers (if there will be any even) for going as far as clicking into this story- even if it was out of curiosity; Thank You!
As much as I hate talking about myself, I just want to say that I'm an Irish gal who comes from a Polish family and background. So basically if you ever want to have a conversation with me in English, Polish or Irish I'll be more than happy to participate XD
You'll find that some of my characters names and last names will be linked to the above languages mentioned. Let's take for example the main female character; Esmeray (or Esme) Croí (read as Cree) . Croí means "heart" in Irish and well, the title of the story is "Hearts Betray" so that's pretty self explanatory. For our charming Vampire Prince, Theodore (or simply Theo) de Krew (read as Crew), the word "krew" (which is actually read much differently than the pronunciation of Theo's last name oops) means "blood" in Polish and well, Theo's technically the Prince of a blood-feeding species so here we are.
This story is very much my own work, quite ironically sparked by the most random dream I had a few days ago. I randomly woke up and thought; "Hold on a second, that's some good story material there", and started planning right away. I get inspirations of themes and settings from other authors globally as I myself am a MASSIVE bookworm. But nevertheless, this work is mine and so the sharing and publishing of this story is (preferably) prohibited unless stated otherwise by me.
But anyway, enough of this talking. Let's get right into the story and I sincerely hope you will enjoy Esmeray's and Theo's journey! Don't forget to like, vote and comment!
