Ten AM came and lucky for my happy ass I actually got up and made coffee. Tae wasn't one for a strong coffee so he settled for an energy drink mixed into his orange juice. The guy we called showed up on time with not a minute to spare, I inwardly commented on his punctuality when I answered the door because.... Well, I was not expecting him to look the way he did.

Gardner gloves hanging out of the front pocket of his fitted jeans, his leather belt was clutched in front with a belt buckle that had the head of a buck engraved into it. A blue and white plaid shirt over a white tank top that was tucked into his jeans. His golden Adonis blessed skin was fucking glowing. He had a sheen of sweat on his neck and forehead. His long dark locks of hair made me jealous as they rested on his shoulders... broad, muscular shoulders. His brown orbs were like dazzling gems of deep dark honey.

I couldn't speak, and didn't notice I was very blatantly checking him out... till I noticed him waving his hand in front of my face.
"Hello there?" He questioned as he withdrew his hand and I blinked myself back to reality. I could almost hear Tae laughing behind me.

"Oh, yes, uh hello. Come on in." I said as I moved back and let him enter.

"Thanks, I'm Jungkook. Or you can just call me Jack.. the Jack of all trades." He smirked.

"I.. uh, hi. I'm um.. Y/N...." I said as he entered and looked around the entry way. "Oh, and um.. that's my friend, Taehyung." I motioned towards Tae who was finishing his orange juice.

"Hey." Tae replied.

"Hi." Jungkook answered back as he continued to look. "Now, I know there's some damaged pipes in this place... but it's been a while. Wasn't there a fuse box that needed replacing as well? And some wires I think." He wasn't really asking he was more like... trying to recall what he knew of. Which, I guess he also reviewed the place after my Aunt passed away.

"Yeah, there's a lot. I just needed someone to give estimates.. and maybe help repair. I really want to get this place in working order." I said to him as I fixed my ponytail.

"Understood.. I can start here. I can't really give you an estimate yet. We can talk price as we go. I usually charge 15 per hour to the locals. You're new, but this was Ben and Bella's place and I knew them pretty well. I use to play around here, they were always nice to me. So I'll do 10 per hour and if you get the things I need yourself... I'd recommend the local hardware store. I'll just charge you the 10 per hour." He stated.

"Wow, that's some discount." Tae said with a grin.

"Yeah, that would be great, thanks." I said to him.

"Alright, let me get my tools and I'll start here. I have few spare 15-amp receptacle outlets with me, and some plates to cover them. Basic white, hope you don't mind." He said as he headed to the door.

"Sounds good to me." I replied as I watched him nod and then exit the B&B. Over the next hour Tae and I started to peel the old wallpaper off from behind the front desk area. All while this Jungkook guy was replacing some outlets and checking the wires. Tae kept looking back at him now and then, and I wanted to laugh.. I mean, I couldn't blame him for staring, this guy was totally gorgeous.
We got over by the living space area and Jungkook was already working on the light fixtures on the ceiling behind the desk. We all seemed to be making progress. I went and got some drinks and ordered some sandwiches from the local deli.

"Tae, can you go get the sandwiches from the deli?" I asked him.

"Yeah sure. Jungkook? You need anything?" He asked the guy as he was testing a light switch.
