Chapter 11

Adriana woke up in the feeling her body ache as she tried to get up but soon let out a cry. Adriana's dad came rushing in and looked at his daughter crying in pain.

"What's wrong? What's the matter? You okay?" he asked in a worried tone. Adriana shook her head, holding her side in pain. "H-he r-raped me." Adrian cried, feeling guilty about what had happened last night.

"Who?!?" Adriana's dad asked, going out of her room to grab a gun from his room. "Latrelle, she whispered. "Latrelle raped me last night while you were working." Adriana replied to her last sentence. "Who are you talking about? Last thing I remember was you asking if I was a prophet and then you fainted." Adriana's dad told her, putting away the gun in his hand.

Adriana was confused. Did she dream all of it? She knew latrelle was real but he was in juvie. "I don't know why but it felt so real.." Adriana replied. It felt real cause of what happened when she was a child. All she remembered was screaming for the creepy man to let go of her. Adriana started to cry again as she felt a pair of arms wrap around her.

"Hey he's gone, he can't hurt you no more I won't let that happened." Adriana's dad replied, rocking her in his arms. "Why don't you stay home for today? I think you might need it." her dad told her.

Adriana nodded as she wiped her tears away. A couple of minutes later her phone dinged it was a message from monse. "Monse 💕: hey you good? You ran out of Oscar's house yesterday and I was just checking to see if you were okay."

Adriana sighed as she replied to the text message. She let monse know that she was okay and to let the crew know that as well.

Adriana turned her phone off and tried to go back to her dream.

An hour later Adriana woke up screaming again, in her dream latrelle killed her dad and her. She didn't even know who he was so would she be dreaming of him?

A couple of hours later Adriana heard a knock at the door, silently walking towards the door to see who it was, having a bat in her hand just in case. "Who is it??" she asked a little scared. "Its Jamal and the others." she heard Jamal's voice say and calmed down a bit.

"Oh thank God it was y'all," Adriana said, letting the gang inside and smiled at them. It felt like a year since she saw them but in reality, it was twenty-four hours ago. "I had a long and scary night.." Adriana told the gang as she went and sat at the kitchen table.

"What happened??" Cesar asked. Adriana knew he was getting protective, that's what she always seemed to love about their friendship. "Nothing it was just a scary dream.." Adriana said.

"Well, you can tell us about it when you are ready," Jamal told his girlfriend, grabbing her hand and smiled at her. "But for now Ruby has something to tell you." Jamal said, facing his best friend Ruby with a slight smirk.

"What is it shorty spill it." Adriana joked and smiled. She felt calm, calmer than she has been in the last couple of hours.

"I sorta like jasmine," Ruby told his friend with a shy smile plastered across his face. "And I know y'all are close so can you see if she likes me?" he asked with a hopeful face.

"Ofc I can as long as all of you tell me who latrelle is.." Adriana replied as her smile faded away. She wanted to know who this man was and if she should be afraid of him or not.

As Biggie once said, "it was all a dream." actually at first it wasn't but then I saw the scene with ruby and latrelle in season 4 and had to make it a actual dream.
