In the hospital...
Jj runs to his sisters side holding her hand asking...
"What happened?"
He just sits there with his elbows leaning on his legs. Arms up straight with his hands on his face looking at her just lying there.
Jj notices that he is in no condition right now to talk because of the lack mutual shock. A few minutes later the doctor walks by.
"Hey doc."
"Yes, is there anything I can help you with?"
"What happened to my sister?"
"The report that we received from Italy states that your sister went a rough major surgery to stop the internal bleeding from the injuries sustained to her body. Unfortunately after she fell into a coma but she is recovering in the condition she is in. At this point it's unlikely she'll wake up anytime soon"
"What do I do then?"
"All you can do now is wait and hope for a good outcome."
"Okay, thank you."
"Of course."
Jj then goes back into the room, heading straight for him. Jj gets up to him and starts shaking him and yelling at him to get an answer from him.
"HEY, HEY WHAT HAPPENED OVER THERE!?"
"I-I'm s-so s-sorry."
"YOU ARE HUH? I THOUGHT YOU SAID SHE'D BE SAFE WITH YOU. NOW LOOK WHERE WE ARE, WE'RE IN THE HOSPITAL, THE HOSPITAL!"
"I'M SORRY OKAY. She found out the truth and she took off."
"WHY DIDN'T YOU GO AFTER HER?!"
"I did but she was furious with me so I let her go to cool off. I didn't think that she wasn't going to come back like this."
"GET OUT!"
"Jj pl-" He gets cut off.
"I SAID GET OUT!"
He leaves the room and the hospital completely, heads to the main house. When he gets there he goes through all his papers, books, binders, literally every nook and cranny to find out who did this to her. Finally he finds exactly who did this and calls for Enzo and Jagger to create a plan.
Meanwhile Jj is still at the hospital sitting by Natalie's side...
"It's going to be okay, your brother is here. I have to go but I'll be back."
Jj leaves, goes to the house, and gets told the plan.
When he gets told what was going to happen in a couple of days he decides to go and deal with it himself. Jj does get through a few of the guys to avenge his sister but soon after Jj gets captured by them instead.
"Who the hell do you think you are, boy? Barging in like you own the place killing my men?"
"I'm the one who's going to kill you, you bastard."
"Oh really and why's that?"
"You hurt someone close to me, that's why."
"That's not happening, you are not making it out of here."
Jj looks at the man with utter shock.
Meanwhile at the house...
"Where'd Jj go?"
"He left an hour ago."
"Dammit." as he was about to leave, he gets an email from an anonymous email. The email title say's 'Jj's stupidity' and a video linked to it.
He then clicks on the link. It shows what they have done to Jj so far.
Nearing the last seconds of the video he hears...
The man whispers in Jj's ear saying, "Your sister was stronger." as Jj takes his last breath.
Three years later...
Natalie is still in a coma, there haven't been any signs that she'll ever wake up. So he makes the tough decision to take her off life support. The nurse walks out of the room saying...
"I'll give you some time to say goodbye." The door closes behind her.
He then sits in the chair that's next to her, he leans down to talk to her, telling her how he really feels...
"I'm sorry I never told you this before, but considering I have nothing to lose... I want you to know I love you."
He walks out into the hallway and gestures toward the nurse to come do what's needed to be done. As the nurse starts to remove the tubes that are keeping her alive, he grabs a hold of her hand as he says his last words to her...
"Goodbye Vanessa." he then lightly kisses her hand.
The nurse then proceeds to turn off the machines as he watches. Once the machines are completely off he lingers for a few seconds, slowly turning to walk away.
As he's walking away he slowly starts to let go of her hand, but all of a sudden he feels her grip his hand. He turns around wondering if that was just a final reflex of her lifeless body finally giving in.
"Nurse?"
"Yes."
"Her hand tightened around mine."
As he's talking she then squeezes his hand again, he looks down again to see that her eyes are slowly opening. Natalie then looks up toward him mumbling...
"Alexander?"
