Chapter 2

Standing in a section at the library Miranda was looking through books when she was interrupted by the clearing of someone's throat. Looking up she saw him

"Now you know we're gonna have to stop meeting like this right" he looked at her as she backed away from him

"If you're not too busy I'd like to see you again" he licked his lips looking down at her

"Is that another one of your jokes" she tilted her head to the side

"Mmm..no no I'm totally serious"

"And I'm very in a relationship"

"Are you very happy tho?" He asked

"That's none of your business"

"Well if you wanna be happy, I can make it my business" he smiled

"I mean, you're a very pretty lady and I think you're worth the fight" he shrugged

"You do know flattery will get you nowhere sir. I'm imm-"

"Immune" they both said

"Oh..is that what you were going to say" he smirked

"Very cute, I bet you got this whole thing planned" she rolled her eyes

Mm-mm no baby, I never plan I improvise" he smiled

"Is that so" she smiled

"Mmhmm..you know spontaneity....keeps you young makes life exciting"

"That's what they say"

"That's what I say" he moved closer to her resting his arm on the book shelf

"And here we are...a boy and a girl in the library getting cozy, I feel like I'm in grade school again I think I got-"

she walked under his arm about to walk away

"Uh-oh it's like that" he smiled turning around to her

"Yeah it is" she smirked

"Come here" he said

"Wait....you hear that" she asked smiled

"What"

"School bell...time for class" she smiled then she walked away

"Then I'll be seeing you at recess" he watched her walk away.

"Hey Miranda" Callie came up to her while at her locker

"Hey Callie" she smiled

"Sooo, you never told me what happened with you at the club last weekend" she whispered

"Nothing happened " Miranda lied

"You're lying, I know something had to happen"

"Nope" she closed her locker

"Hey..Bailey these were at the front for you" Meredith came into the lounge with a bouquet of flowers

"From who" Callie asked

"I don't know, I didn't look" Meredith said setting them down and walking out

"So who are they from?" Callie asked

"I don't know" Miranda shrugged

"Well read the card"

Pulling out the card, she read it to where only her and Callie could hear

"Meet me in the master bath at the Box tonight"

"And you said nothing happened" Callie laughed and walked away
