As we left my house, i grabbed everything i needed and locked the door after me. We left out of the gate and to Maddies car.

I pulled the passenger door open, sitting in and pulling the seatbelt across my chest.

Maddie sat in front of the wheel clicking her seatbelt into the hole and started the engine, she flicked the radio on, a random station quietly coming from the speakers was humming in the background and she stepped her foot on the pedal and she drove off.

As we spoke about the first thing that came to our minds we were eventually pulled up to a car park where our local shopping centre was.

We unclipped our seatbelts in unison and opened the doors closing them at the same time as she locked her black Audi.

We carried on our conversation as we wandered around a couple of shops, buying things we didn't need.

We'd been here for a while now, we'd been for a coffees, bought a lot, but i wanted to buy something new to wear to go out tonight.

As i was looking through different clothing racks until my eye caught a pink satin dress on a mannequin.

Yes want that.

It was a very nice pink, it was tight with spaghetti traps and it didn't look too short, i was never really one to wear pink, but this was too nice not to buy.

I grabbed my size off the rack and showed Maddie, she smiled and nodded.

I didn't look at the price tag, i didn't even want to.

I was payed yesterday because i baby sit a lot of my mums friends kids, with college, i don't have a lot of time on my hands expect for the weekends and the weekends are the days i can go out and do my own thing, so i can't exactly get a normal part time job to earn myself some money.

So i baby sit a lot, plus it's usually at night when parents go out and i'm usually free on weekday nights.

But now i am wasting all my money on a dress.

It's a pretty cute dress though.

I took the dress to the counter to pay, i smiled at the women at the counter scanning my dress and placing it into a bag for me.

"Your total is £119.99" she spoke softly with a smile.

There's more expensive dresses out there.

I scanned my card waiting for the approval on the machine and hearing the receipt print. the woman placed the freshly printed, white piece of paper into my bag and said "have a good rest of your day lovely"

I smiled "thank you and you" while grabbing my bag and walking off with Maddie.

"So time to go, i think we've dinted our bank accounts a bit much now" she said both of our hands full of bags.

I nodded with a laugh "i think so"

We made it back to her car, placing our bags into the back and she quickly drove off.

I didn't really know where we were going tonight, but i was excited, i know i kind of complained about it before but i cant wait now.

As we both sang to the radio, before i knew it we were pulling up outside my house.

I got out of the car and to the back grabbing all of my bags and saying "so it's 4:30 now, we're going at 7 ish" asking to make sure i was ready in time.

"Yep, we'll get an uber and we'll pick you up"

I smiled "sounds good, i'll see you later then" i said excitedly.
