1 month after Louis died

One of the hardest parts of this whole thing was seeing the fans' reactions on social media once the news was made public. Harry couldn't bear to see how devastated they were. Louis had saved so many lives and now that he was gone, Harry feared that the fans would take it to the extreme.

Simon made up some story to tell the public so that his ass would be covered. About a week after Louis took his life, that's when Simon finally decided to tell people that Louis was gone. The headline read:

FORMER ONE DIRECTION MEMBER LOUIS TOMLINSON TRAGICALLY DIES IN CAR ACCIDENT

A car accident. A fucking car accident. Harry couldn't believe what he was reading. How could Simon do this? How was he allowed to just lie like that? Needless to say, Harry was appalled. So he decided to take matters into his own hands.

About 3 weeks after Simon's bullshit headline, Harry got out his phone and hit record.

"Hello everyone I'm Harry Styles and today I wanted to talk about something that happened to me about a month ago."

He took a brief pause before continuing.

"As most of you know, Louis passed away not too long ago and I decided to finally speak out about it. I know there have been many rumors over the years about Louis and I's relationship. Well I'm making this video to tell you that all the rumors are true. Louis and I started dating when we were on X Factor and we had been dating ever since. I was actually planning on proposing before he..."

Harry felt a tear fall from his eye.

"Anyway, I don't want to bore you all with our relationship details. The main reason why I'm making this video is to tell you all that you have been lied to. I'm probably gonna lose my job after I say this but I don't care. You guys deserve to know the truth no matter the cost."

Harry took a deep breath and continued.

"Almost a month ago you all were told that Louis passed away due to a car crash. Well, that's not actually the case. You see, about 5 months ago you were forced to believe that Louis was taking a brief hiatus from making music and that you wouldn't be hearing from him for a while. Well the real reason why he disappeared for months on end was because he was forced to attend conversion therapy... He was forced by Simon Cowell. Simon thought that Louis' songs were 'too gay' so he forced him to go to conversion therapy. It was originally supposed to be 6 months but Simon decided to make it longer because the therapy wasn't working, obviously. Louis was absolutely miserable at that place and it got to a point where he couldn't take it anymore. So he decided to take his own life."

Harry stopped until the crying settled. Once he was calm, he continued.

"I'm sorry for staying silent for so long. I just couldn't bring myself to talk about this. But I feel guilty because there are so many people who's lives were saved by Louis and I fear that those people might have followed his fate. So I deeply apologize for not revealing the truth sooner. But to those who've decided to stay longer, I want you to know that you are valid, you are cared for, and you are loved. And I know this is what everybody says but it's true; I promise you that things will get better. I promise. I love you all and please remember to treat people with kindness. All the love, Harry."
