If you pick Sans Aus x Nezuko reader, the story can start with the sanses that discovered a new Au which is demon slayer. They decided to visit that Au and they ended up seeing Tanjiro finding the reader and the rest of the Kamado family dead already. They also saw the reader turning into a demon. Later, Tanjiro and the reader fell into a portal that leads to the anti-void where they meet the Sanses.
If you pick Sans Aus x Demon reader, the reader will be the older (or younger if you want) sibling of Tanjiro and Nezuko, but the reader turned into a demon like Nezuko. The story can start with Tanjiro, Nezuko, and the reader falling into a portal that leads to Undertale where they meet classic and later on they meet the other Sanses.
If you pick Soulmates - Sans Aus x Nezuko reader, the story can start with the Sanses looking through the demon slayer au and sees the reader. The Sanses found out that the reader is their soulmate. In this story, they can feel what the reader is feeling. Maybe the Sanses will feel the reader's pain when she gets hurt.
