The story can start with the reader in homeworld, but a portal opened up which brought her to the Demon Slayer world. Maybe she encountered the Hashiras during the meeting or maybe she fell in the infinity fortress where she meets Muzan (*cough* Michael Jackson *cough*) and the Uppermoons.
