If you pick Sans Aus x Uppermoon reader, the reader was just hunting for food (*cough* humans *cough*) but then she got sucked by a portal and meets the Sanses.
If you pick Bad Sanses x reader, the reader was just eating a human, but fell into a portal where she ended up in Nightmare's castle and meets the bad Sanses. The Bad Sanses attacked the reader, but the reader defeats all of them with just one attack. The Bad Sanses were amazed and wanted the reader to join their group
