I stared up at the Elvish king. He stared back into me like he was looking in my soul. It really creeped me out, but I didn't look away. I saw a man in Ebony armor and a glass helmet. It wasn't the same armor but it looked good. I guessed he was another Honor Guard.

"So I hear your an orphan. I will be willing to adopt you if you will train to be an Honor Guard for me," His voice was deep and kind. His voice made me feel like he wanted me here and he wanted me to be his son. The other Honor Guard stared at me expectantly. I ignored him.

"Be an Honor Guard for you? I'm a peasant boy, You wouldn't want me to be an Honor Guard I'll mess up and be horrible," I said squeaking. I was really nervous. Honor Guard for a King was really important. He is basically making me a Prince that knows how to fight. I'll be raised the same way as a Prince, fed, washed, and even dressed.

"I accept your offer, I would be honored to be your guard," I said. As soon as I said that the King smiled and I was whisked away towards a room. It was by the Kings' other Honor Guard. I got a better look at him. He was a tall stout man, he had blue and gray eyes. The eyes there was something about them. They had a fierce look to them similar to a look of a dragon.

"Come with me son we'll get you washed up and get some new clothes. You look like you just went through Sovngarde, and trust me I've been there" He said sarcastically. He took off his helmet and I saw he had a claw mark across his cheek. I looked at it for a while and he looked at me and pointed to the scar.

"The scar...? I got it form Aluldin. I thanked him for it by putting him through a certain death," He said laughing.

"Oh. Um can I ask you a question," I asked. "Sure," He said in reply.
"Well what was the war for?" I asked.
"Well it wasn't a war it was a defendant of our barriers. The Deadra raised a army and are attacking. We drove them out for now. It will take a few years for them to gather more troops but Elves, Imperials, Storm Cloaks all realized that's this civil war doesn't matter. They all agreed that we need to drive them out," He said.

"I thought they all hated each other," I said.
"Yes they did. But without me I would've never been able to pull this off. I have friends everywhere. People in high places. I'm a Thane in every city. They all trusted me, so I pulled this off at... Well the place is not important, but you get the point," He said.

"Who are you?" I asked.
He laughed. "Well I forgot to introduce myself. I'm am Legolas Momenta. I'm a Nord, I'm a Thane in every city. I am part of the Companions, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, anything you name it. You know the rumors about the dragon born?" He said with a smile.

"Your the dragon born. Oh my gods your actually him. Can you really shout like a dragon?" I squealed with surprise.

"Yes I can. I will train you well and hard. You will join everything I have. You will maybe even learn some shouts," He mused. I like him very much. He was kind and had a good heart. He joined all these bad organization to gain trust. I know he would of never done anything bad on purpose.

"And who are you I might ask?" He asked me.
"I'm Aris Amountomas. A peasant boy who lived on a farm," I replied.
"You no longer live on a farm, your an Honor Guard now," He said.

We walked into a room with a gold bathtub and I saw bubbles floating around. Legolas left me to my bath. I looked around. I've never anything like this before I was used to wood and dirt. Everything was gold and sparkly. I undressed and got into the warm bath. It felt heavenly.

I finished the bath and got out and found a room. It had clothes that fit me and a nice fluffy bed. I had a long day I plopped down in the bed and feel asleep.
