Divine (stiles stilinski)

Chapter 1

"Wait so let me get this straight, we go to school like normal teenagers but instead of focusing on school we focus on getting close to Scott and his pack?" I asked.

"Yes. That is exactly what I need you to do, all three of you need to get close to Scott and his pack" Deucalion answered handing me the keys to our apartment.

"And Kate don't mess this up I'm counting on you and your ability to control your brothers to make this plan work, if you fail the whole plan fails" he said.

Great no pressure I thought.

I nodded and took the keys out of his hand and walked out of the building only to be greeted with my brothers standing by their bikes next to my car.

"You we're listening that entire time weren't you"I asked them already knowing the answer.

"Yes" they answered at the same time.

"Well saves me explaining what we need to do then also Deucalion gave me the keys to our apartment so let go" I said as I entered my car.

Ethan and aiden started their bikes and followed behind me. It didn't take long to get the apartment building where we were staying, I parked my car and got our bags out of the boot of my car and started walking to the entrance when I realised my brothers weren't with me.I turned around only to see them still sitting on their bikes staring hesitantly up at the building.

"Let's go losers we've got shit to do"I said.

They rolled their eyes and followed me inside and upstairs to our room which according to Deucalion was a penthouse but I didn't belive,I rarely belive anything that comes out of his mouth.

We piled into the small elevator and the tension was heavy it had been like this since we found out we were going to beacon hills as to why my brothers were annoyed at me was beyond me but oh well.

"We're meant to have three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen,small study and a living room" I said trying to ease the tension. It didn't work.

After what seemed like an eternity the elevator finally stopped and we got out and walked to our room, I unlocked the door and walked in.

"Holy shit" I heard aiden mutter under his breath.

"This whole place is for us. How did he even manage to get a place for us to stay"Ethan asked curiosity evident in his voice.

"I don't know probably killed someone for it"I shrugged.

I thought I was funny aiden oh so clearly didn't as he sent a glare my way which seems to be a common thing lately, Ethan didn't say anything I don't even think he was paying attention.

"This is our home for the next few weeks until we leave" I said as I started to walk towards what I assumed was one of the bedrooms.

The bedroom I walked in to just so happened to be the master bedroom.

"This one's mine" I call out from inside the room, I heard both Ethan and aiden groan as they started to walk towards my room.

"Why do you get the best room"Ethan said clearly pissed off.

"2 factors my dear brothers 1) I'm older and 2) I'm better so sucks to be you I guess"I said a smirk playing at my lips.

"Your like 5 minutes older and trust us you aren't better" aiden said.

"That's debatable but ok" I said starting to put away my clothes.

Ethan and aiden finally gave up trying to get my room and left to go put away their own stuff. We were now all sitting at the table talking about what we need to do and how everything is going to work as we were given little to no detail about what we were meant to do.

"I guess we just figure out what we do as we go because Deucalion didn't give me any specifics just that we need to find a way to get close to Scott McCall and his pack" I said holding back the urge to go to sleep.

"Kate your clearly tired go to bed,aiden and I can figure out a semi decent plan"Ethan said with the most amount of sincerity I've ever heard in his voice before.

"No, no I've got to figure out a plan because like Deucalion said if I mess up the whole plan fails and then I'm probably going to get murdered and I'm only 16 so I'd prefer to not get brutally murdered before I get to live a semi normal teenage life " I said  yawning.

"Ok well then let's figure out a plan I want to go to bed" aiden groaned

"What afraid your missing out on your beauty sleep" I teased Ethan snorted and aiden sent yet another glare my way.

"Ok so Scott has a few people in his pack that we could use or more specifically you"I said eyeing aiden.

"Who is it then"aiden asked.

"A girl named Lydia she's friends with Scott, stiles and Allison, so she gives us a pretty easy opportunity to get close to them" I said as my brain went through any and all options that we had.

"Who are the others" Ethan asked me snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Right so we have Scott which can't really work as he dates allison argent" I said trying to rember the information we got off of kali.

"Well who's the next best option for you to get close to them" Ethan and aiden asked at the same time.

"The next best option gives me a clear way in providing it works and that option being his best friend the infamous stiles stilinski" I said the feeling of relief flooding over me as I realised that we might of found out way into the McCall pack.

"What about me though" asked Ethan.

"Danny Mahealani is your way in, he's been friends with Scott and stiles for a while on the lacrosse team he should be relatively easy to get to" I said.

"I don't care what you have to do but this has to work, our plan starts tomorrow when we get to school and we need to act fast before lahey gets out of hospital, because if he gets to Scott before us then we are fucked like really fucked" I said panick laced through my voice.

"Kate we'll be fine on your plans going to work"Ethan said as he placed a hand on my back clearly picking up on my stress levels.

"I know I'm just stressed that it's not going to work" I sighed as I ran my fingers through my hair.

"Well I'm going to bed see you losers in the morning" I said as I walked towards my room.

"Night Kate" I heard Ethan and aiden call out after me.

I layed down on my bed before deciding to go actually shower and get changed into pyjamas. Sleep came easily that night as I felt all the stress melt away and let the comforting feeling of  sleep take over my senses.

So this is chapter 1 done sorry it's sorta shit but I wanted to focus on Kate's relationships with the twins and their plans before jumping straight in but the rest of the book will mostly follow the episodes from now on .
