Juvia was so worried she was biting her nails. She hadn't seen the potion's side effects for a while now. It had been getting less frequent. Perhaps it had begun to wear off?

"Juvia likes Gray-sama so much, but perhaps the potion really isn't the best way to get him to like Juvia. For once Juvia wanted to be noticed, but it's not real, is it?" Juvia thought sadly at the guild hall's bar counter.

Gray walked in, shirtless as usual. He noticed Juvia looking worried at the bar counter. "So that's why it's drizzling outside..."

Gray approached her. After their date, he couldn't help but think she wasn't so bad. He also felt ashamed that he had to be forced by a potion to realize all she wanted was to be noticed just once. It was something he was definitely not ready to admit aloud.

Gray decided to talk with her. Not because of some potion side effect, not because he had nothing to do, but because he was actually slightly concerned about the look on her face.

Juvia looked up at him. "oh! Gray-sama..." her voice trailed off.

"Is something wrong? It is raining you know..."

"Juvia....." Juvia shut her eyes and blurted, "Juvia hates that she had to force you to be like this and she knows it is wrong... Juvia is sorry Gray-sama. Juvia is sorry she caused this to happen to everyone..." she looked like she was on the verge if tears. As she lowered her head, the rain grew stronger.

Gray rested a hand on her shoulder. His actions were of his own doing, but the red on his face was all potion.

Juvia looked up, tears on her face.

"It's going to be alright."

With that, Gray walked out of the guild to finish a mission he had taken up yesterday.

Juvia wanted to believe that there was some good to come out of it, she just wasn't sure if it would happen.
