On Set With First Avenger

"And cut!" The director shouted.

I sighed in relief. I had been working so hard all morning for this scene and its been continuous all day. We haven't even had long enough breaks in-between which has made it difficult. I'm not out of breath... I've been training for months for this fight scene and I've been training for a few years to finally be a suitable size which I call skinny enough to have the courage to wear this skin tight suit.

It was going to get slashed and I was going to have to pull it off in the middle of the fight scene next to reveal a sports bra that doubles as a tight crop top. I was dreading it. My stomach on show for the whole world to see.

"Five minute break and back on set. _____, will you visit the gym to get last minutes on your stomach..." The director said.

I nodded.

I wasn't ashamed of my stomach. I was happy. I was finally skinny... Okay a little skinnier than most people and my training for this movie gave me a six pack.

I was only in the last parts of the film.. It wasn't much but it was a start.

I headed to the gym where Chris and my personal trainer were talking.

"Ahhh, _____... Chris will be helping you today...." Jack, my personal trainer said.

"Oh... Okay." I said.

"Just sit ups and push ups... Working on the abs." Jack said running out the door.

"If you want to lie on the mat... Jack told me I will have to stand on your feet." Chris said.

"Yeah... I'm not the best..." I said.

We sat in the chairs off set waiting for our scene.

"Can I ask you a question?" He asked.

"Sure." I smiled.

"Why don't you come along to all the lunches and dinners we have as a cast?" He asked.

"Could you ask a different question please?" I asked, looking away.

"No... _____... Please... Tell me what is bothering you." He said.

"I've been fat my whole life and I have finally gained the body that I want to be happy with... I don't want to put back on all the weight I have lost." I said.

"You aren't fat... I bet you never were... I think your beautiful..." He said.

I sat there shocked.

"_____, Chris on set." The director said.

He smiled at me as we made our way onto set...
