"today we'll be getting our future attendance sheets! where you'll be able to choose which school you plan on going to after you finish junior high, remember to turn them in by next week."
i shifted uncomfortably in my chair, everyone seemed excited. some weren't really, they seemed unsure of what to choose, pretty relatable. i don't know where i want to go to next year.
i could easily just go to one of the normal highschools, but my dad depends on me going to ua, or any other hero school. i don't want to become a hero, it seems too hard and exhausting, like imagine all that backlash i would get for just slipping up.
i don't know what the others in this period are thinking, maybe the same, maybe not.
i'll probably turn in the sheet late too, which i do almost every time.
honestly, i should atleast try the ua entrance exam, if i fail, then whatever.
my sister has been causing trouble around the complex. i should probably tell dad about that before she tries to blame it on me again.
i slip my hand into the bag i have on my desk, grasping around for my phone. sadly the phone is nowhere in the bag.
"shit. i left it on my bed." i mutter under my breath, i take my hand out and slide my bag off my desk.
takahashi glances at me with a deadpan. of course he already guessed i left it behind. he should've asked about it when we were walking.
he pinches the back of my neck, my nerves paralyzing me for a second. "ow-! what the hell akio!" i angrily whisper, slapping his hand away.
"oh my god. pay attention [y/n]." he grabs my head, forcing me to look at the teacher.
there she was, staring directly at me with a disappointed face, others were too. "oh, well, i can explain." sensei's face morphed into a serious deadpan.
"yeah? you can explain? you weren't even listening to the lecture! i'm going to have to send you to detention, where you'll have to listen." she snaps, grabbing a detention slip and starts writing on it.
"w-wait!! no i'll catch up quickly! continue please!" i desperately responded, straightening my posture. she looks up, irritated, i lean back into my chair nervously. sensei sighs, her pen stabbing the slip. "fine, lets see, just let me finish writing this if you don't actually get caught up."

a bell, almost like an american christian church bell, rings throughout the school. i quickly stuff my papers into my bag crinkling them in the process, and get ready to head home.
pray to daikoku that my sister isn't home earlier than me. i grab takahashi's arm as he's packing his stuff up. "hey, can i borrow your phone? i'd rather let my dad know about the trouble my sister is causing then to let her blame me." i asked, getting a response of the face he has a lot, reading 'i knew it'.
"whatever, but you owe me that special from the new restaurant, i think the name was, extra seasoned unagi? it's sooo good, especially because it's grilled eel." he remarked, handing me his phone. i type in his password, heading to the dial app, his background catches my eye. "what's with your background? last time i saw it, it was that hero miruko." i asked, he eyes me, his face red.
"uh.. well i changed it, it's one of the not really flashy heroes, eraserhead! no one knows what they look like at all, they're just an underground pro hero that captures alot of villains at night, it's some fanart of what people think they look like." he says, scratching his neck. "you got lice or something?" i sarcastically question, his eyebrow twitches in annoyance.
"oh my god.. just fucking call your dad already [y/n]." he grumbles, basically yelling in lower capitals. "fine, fine, let's start walking out now, i mean where we live, it's literally kinda far from here." i remind him, earning a push forward onto the ground.

liars. there are a few different types of liars. sociopathic, pathological, compulsive, occasional, narcissistic, and habitual liars. some of these types can be due to an underlying condition, whereas some are just pure lying.
i hate liars, so fucking much.
my sister stood beside our dad, her backpack slung over one shoulder, she smiles, only for a second. dad's arms are crossed, he's giving me a look of disappointment.
"[y/n]. were you trying to blame your sister? your full blooded sibling? unbelievable. i know what you did. you can stop lying now." he says, his tone dripping with anger. "what-? what did i do??" my eyes tear up, she already got the blame set on me.
"you already know. you murdered our own neighbors pets in cold blood!? you fucking monster, you've already killed one of our neighbors' dogs before." he yells, his fists curled. my sister steps behind him, smiling even more.
"what?!! i didn't do that! that was [s/n]! i didn't do shit!" i choke out desperately, trying to keep myself together.
"i told you to stop fucking lying!! your sister told me you had done it, even the neighbors kids had vouched fo-!!!" i interrupt him, "they only vouched for her because they knew she was going to pay them!! don't fucking do this to me!" my sisters' smile had uncurled itself, her head was filled with how she was revealed.
dad looked over to her, his face red, "were you actually going to pay them for that?!" he questioned angrily. "w-what!? no! i would never hurt the neighbors' pets! i don't even like their kids either!" she defended desperately, trying to grasp the last sense of foolness our father had.
well, sadly she of course had to fucking succeed. our father still remains a fucking fool i guess.

the cold messed with my nerves, forcing a shiver. i sat in the backyard, my sister had tried to keep me here so she could blame me for more, so my dad resorted to having me sleep outside until i 'stopped causing trouble'.
i hate it here. i can't wait until i move out. maybe i should choose a high school with dorms.
my dad still is trying to force the expectations of me becoming a hero, maybe if i were to get into ua i would be treated better.
i would be able to buy anything i wanted, get anything i wanted, and have love and affection from whoever i wanted. that sounds nice.
i should definitely get into ua.
