Forever an enemy (kazuha x fem!reader) Hiatus (offline)

Chapter 1

Third POV:

After finishing a mission assigned to you by the raiden shogun, you were walking along the shoreline of yashiori island, tired, listening to the crashing of the waves. It wouldn't be long until the shogun sent you another mission you have yet to complete.

Something then caught your eye from afar.

It was a boy, napping on a rock underneath a maple tree. He had white hair and the attire of an inazuman, you wandered closer to get a better look at him but accidentally stepped on a branch. Causing him to awaken from his slumber.

"How may I be of service to you miss?" says the now awakened state.

"My apologies sir," you say slightly bowing your head.

A vision holder you think, wondering if you should take it or not.

"It's not everyday I see someone out here, so I couldn't help my curiosity."

"Curiosity is something that could get one killed if not careful." said the male, giving a small smile.

"You advice is very wise and indeed poetic," you compliment him.

"But I don't think I will need it."

"We shall see." he says a hint of mischief coming from his voice.

"I shall leave you to your business then sir," you say, turning to leave.

"If I may, what name is it you go by?" asked the boy, watching as you stop in your tracks to answer him.

"Y/N of the L/N clan." you answer to him, walking away before he could ask anymore questions.

Y/N POV:

After my encounter with that crimson eyed boy, he wouldn't leave my mind for the rest of the day. I just couldn't shake the feeling that I knew him from somewhere. But where?

"Y/N, a letter,"  a guard said rudely disturbing my thoughts.

"From who?" I asked, taking it.

"The Raiden," answered the guard

Of course.

I unfolded the letter, beginning to read it.

Dear Y/N,

I have yet another mission for you to complete, there is a white haired boy that has stolen a vision of mine, that I must get back.

Find this crimson eyed boy and take back the vision stolen from me. I hear he is aboard the alcor heading to Liyue. I suggest you check it out.

"Hmph" I sigh, already knowing who she maybe talking about.

Kazuha POV:

"KAZUHAA" I hear Beidou call from below.

I jump from the mast using anemo to gracefully make my way down.

"How may I be of service captain?" I ask looking at Beidou, noticing a familiar girl at her side.

"I would like to introduce you to someone."

The girl steps forward. Her hair was a nice h/c (hair colour), and she was wearing a blue kasa with a sword tucked at her side.

She gave off the scent of pure spring and sakura flowers, and an aura of comfort but I couldn't help but think there was something off about her.

"This is Y/N" Beidou introduces, turning to Y/N

"Y/N this is kazuha, you two will be working together along with the rest of the crew for a while."

The girl nods, her eyes making their way to catch mine.

"It's a pleasure to meet you kazuha." Y/N says with a welcoming smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you too Y/N." I reply returning the smile.

Third POV:

Kazuha...So that's his name...

You think sitting atop one of the railings, your legs dangling at the side.

Beidou said that the alcor was heading for Liyue the city of contracts. You couldn't help but wonder what was there, for you have never thought about life outside of inazuma.

"Am I interrupting your thoughts?" A voice called from behind you,

"Yes actually," you say turning your head, only to find the crimson eyed boy standing behind you.

"Well, I apologize for that then." he says

"It's fine" you say

"I just wanted to tell you Beidou said you and I were on watch tonight." he proceeds.

"Are we now? ." you reply, turning your attention back to the ocean. It was barely even sunset.

"Yep" he says,

"I just have one question though," the male asks, taking a seat beside you on the railing.

"Are you too a fugitive from inazuma?"

So he is the one the raidens talking about

"Yes, yes I am" you lie to him, already planning a way to take his vision.

Gain his trust, no gain everyone's trust then break it.

"So you came aboard the alcor to escape inazuma then?" he proceeds to ask.

"Well yes and no," you reply,

"I came aboard to not just escape inazuma but to also see what the other nations are like,"

"Well then, I think your going to love Liyue Y/N."
