Four months had passed, Ginkgo tree leaves fall in the palace pond. A long ago, King Taejo planted that tree and it grows until now. They are beautifully leafed and drop all their leaves in autumn.
Autumn in the Kingdom of Corea is the perfect time for foreign tourists to take a vacation. The colors of yellow, red and brown leaves flying in the air create a romantic feel. Many people took photos under the maple and gingko trees along the road.
Lady Noh is seen praying in front of dozens of jugs filled with holy water. She always prayed for the safety of the kingdom. Deep down, she feels guilty for always demanding an heir to Tae Eul.
In the afternoon, Tae Eul doesn't have a country visit scheduled, Lady Noh always invites her to chat while drinking tea in the back garden. Lady Noh and Jo Yeong are Lee Gon's closest people who are probably the most hated by many people because of their character.
Lady Noh spent her entire life serving the royal family. She is not married but Lee Gon considers her like a grandmother. Only Lady Noh dared to refute the words of a King.
Jeong Tae Eul arrived at the Palace after the Women's Day event and gave a little speech. Lee Gon couldn't be there, but he saw Tae Eul's speech from his tablet. He always pays attention to Tae Eul's way of speaking in public. Lee Gon is very proud of each and every progress of Tae Eul's speech which is getting better and well.
If only Lee Gon's phone was hacked by a bad person, that person would not get anything except the search column history for Tae Eul's article and a gallery with many candid photos of his wife.
It's been 2 weeks, Lee Gon no longer wears condom. They both do it naturally. Sometimes Tae Eul has to fight drowsiness because in the middle of the night Lee Gon wants her body.
Jeong Tae Eul is a fierce and firm woman, but she can always obey Lee Gon's wishes well. Usually after having a hot romance in bed, the two of them hug and share their feelings for each other. Leaning on the head of the bed while gathering the energy that has been drained.
The air conditioner doesn't seem to work when see the sweat dripping down their bodies. Lee Gon stroked Tae Eul's messy hair, he kept smiling listening to Tae Eul's requests. Since there are rarely women who want to work as a police officer, Tae Eul asks Lee Gon to provide scholarships for women who enlist in the police or the army.
Unexpectedly, it turns out that many women apply for police scholarships. Those who register are admirers of Queen Corea's background as a police detective.
The best doctors in Corea regularly check their health. Prof Hwang advised Lee Gon not to stress too much with state work. This year for the first time the Kingdom of Corea hosted the Olympics, Lee Gon made the K Stadium a competition arena. The stadium of the pride of the citizens of Corea which was designed by Prof. Lee Jong In.
This big event which is only held once every 4 years has become the center of attention of Lee Gon. He appointed PM Koo in charge of the success of the event. The multi-storey building near K Stadium was renovated to accommodate athletes.
Day after day, this morning Lee Gon had left for the K Stadium location leaving Tae Eul who was still asleep. Tae Eul was really exhausted after last night Lee Gon was playing so wild. The sun shining through the window woke Tae Eul from her sleep.
She got off the bed and grabbed her clothes. Tae Eul walked slowly towards the bathroom, her legs felt sore, especially between her thighs which were throbbing with pain. Last night, Lee Gon fucked her very brutally.
Tae Eul calls the palace maid to change the bedsheet. The maids held back their smiles when they saw the disheveled face and gait of their Queen.
The Busan Orphanage is very crowded when Tae Eul makes a sudden visit. If there is no scheduled visit, Tae Eul often asks Jangmi to take her to the orphanage. She also brought a lot of toys and books for them.
Lee Gon had just finished checking the report with PM Koo when Tae Eul came in and brought a piece of apple on a plate for Lee Gon.
"Hwanghu Mama"
Koo Seo Ryeong stood up from her chair and bowed to greet Tae Eul.
"Mm..." Tae Eul nodded
"Sorry, tonight you just sleep first" said Lee Gon.
"It's okay, I'm not sleepy yet. Eat this, you had very little dinner last night"
"Gomawo" Lee Gon smiled and ate some apples.
Tae Eul walked to the sofa in the corner of the room and sat there waiting for Lee Gon. They continued to check the reports that remained a few more folders. Lee Gon seriously listened to PM Koo's explanation, occasionally he took off his glasses and pinched the corners of his eyes because he was tired.
PM Koo looks very fit to be a Prime Minister. Not only is she resolute and smart, she is also very beautiful in all the clothes she wears. Tae Eul glanced alternately at Lee Gon and PM Koo. Saw PM Koo from head to toe. She looks beautiful, Tae Eulcgrumbled inwardly, looking at them getting closer.
With a bit of annoyance she took the phone in her pocket. Tae Eul opened a search and wrote Koo Seo Ryeong's name. Almost all articles write about PM Koo's achievements, even though she was a former prisoner.
Tae Eul thinks that PM Koo has spent a lot of money to delete all her bad articles. Moreover, she was the Prime Minister, it was easy for her to ask the media companies to come up with positive articles about her.
"Heol! Hard to believe!" Tae Eul hissed rather loudly.
"What is it?" asked Lee Gon who heard Tae Eul's voice.
"It's nothing. Finish the apple and tell the maid to clean it up. I'm sleepy wanting to sleep" Tae Eul stood up without looking at Lee Gon and left the room.
Lee Gon and PM Koo just looked at each other confused to see Tae Eul who just left.
"Pyeha, leave the rest to me. I'll be responsible with this report. Since it's late, I'll be leaving."
"Okay. I'll leave this report to you and inform you of the results of tomorrow's parliamentary meeting. You can go home now".
PM Koo stood bowing to Lee Gon before leaving the room. Lee Gon cleared his desk and looked at the plate containing Tae Eul's apples. He sat back down and ate it all.
Tae Eul snuggled under the blanket and waited for Lee Gon who didn't come until she fell asleep. Lee Gon entered the room and saw Tae Eul sleeping in the middle of the bed. Now Lee Gon is confused about which side to sleep on because Tae Eul's sleeping position is wasteful. Not wanting to wake Tae Eul, Lee Gon decided to sleep in the guest room.
In the middle of the night, Tae Eul wakes up feeling thirsty. She didn't see Lee Gon beside her. Tae Eul thinks that Lee Gon is still in his room and he goes there.
Lee Gon's study was empty where he should have gone to sleep in the room. Tae Eul looked for him in the kitchen and asked the guard at the end of the palace hall.
"Pyeha is in the guest room at the far east end" replied a guard.
Tae Eul rushed to the guest room and opened it. Lee Gon fell asleep in his sleep. As a leader of a country, Lee Gon's burden is not easy. He is responsible for the 51 million people under his rule.
Feelings of sadness and worry came to Tae Eul's mind. Lee Gon never left him sleeping alone unless he wasn't in the Palace. Remembering the closeness of Lee Gon and PM Koo also bothered Tae Eul's mind even though it was only limited to work.
Tae Eul closed the door and returned to her own room. Her eyes felt pain, she unconsciously dropped her tears. She buried her head under the pillow and cried. Bad thoughts about Lee Gon who might get bored with her to choose to sleep in another room until PM Koo and Lee Gon's closeness made her cry.
After a while, Tae Eul raised her head and looked thoughtful.
"What's wrong with me? Why am I suddenly crying" Tae Eul muttered.
She wiped her tears and laughed at herself for overthinking.
"But, what if it's all true..."
Tae Eul's tears broke again under the pillow...
