Kneeling on the floor I feel myself becoming weaker by the second, but I cant just let them fight without me.

Managing to push myself up, off the floor, I hear someone rush up to me.

"y/n!" Nat shouts as she sees me swaying as she helps me stand.

She hugs me and I let myself cry.

"Nat, I'm so sorry. I couldn't hold it anymore he's still in there-" I say when she gasps and she cuts me off

"y/n, look" She says as I pull away and I look up to see a red object falling from the sky.

"Tony?" I ask and she nods as she helps me hobble to the others who are standing over him as they lay him on the ground.

The hulk roars as he startles awake

"Please tell me no body kissed me" He says as I chuckle

Everyone looks at me

"y/n..." Steve says as he walks up to me and hugs me "Thank you, without you we would have lost him" He says

"and you almost lost him because of me" I say

"But we didn't"

I smile

"Great, how about we... Take a few days off" Tony says

I smile as I see Clint walking over

"Y/n, will you be leaving us soon?" Steve asks

I smile as Clint comes and stands next to me as he kisses my head and I lean onto his chest behind me.

"I think I'd like to stay" I say as I smile and look down "If you all will let me" I finish

Steve smiles as he nods and Nat pats Clints shoulder

"Never thought i'd see the day" She says and he chuckles as he tightens his arms around me

"Welcome to the team lady y/n" Thor says and I smile.

"Hey good job guys, lets take a day off, have you ever tried swarma?" Tony says and I smile

"We're not done yet" Thor points out as we make our way to Stark Tower.

We watch as Loki sits up from being earlier smashed around by the Hulk

"If its all the same... I think I'll have that drink now" He says.

3 years later, Clints pov

Rushing through the forest, I hide behind a tree as I fire one of my arrows at the nearest bunker, but an enhanced, super fast, blue streak grabs it out the air.

"Remind me again why y/n couldn't be here" I hear my best friend Nat say through the ear coms.

"I won't remind you, because I haven't told you. I can't tell you" I say for the 50th time "And I think that you should be more worried about the enhanced on the field right now"

"Damn it, Clint, I will get it out of you" She says as I go back to fighting

I try to fire another arrow, when I get flipped.

"You didn't see that coming?" A guy with white hair says as I lie on the floor.

I mange to push myself up just as the bunker I was trying to shoot fires at me and gets me on the side.

"Clint!" I hear Nat say as I fall to the ground in pain.

I feel her rush up to me and she takes a look at my wound.

"Someone mind taking down that bunker for me?" She asks and Hulk smashes through it "Thank you" She says and if I wasn't in pain I would have mocked her for it.

"Clints hit pretty bad guys, I'm taking him back to the ship" She says as she begins to help me up.

After getting to the compound, I get myself stitched up by a special machine that can remake human skin.

Then I get a call from her.

Sitting up, I smile as I see her name and I excuse myself out of the room and I stand in the hall away from everyone else.

"Hey" I say

"HEY!? I JUST GOT TOLD THAT YOU HAD TO HAVE YOUR SKIN REATATCHED AND YOU SAY HEY?!"

I smirk as I hear her voice "Listen, babe, I'm fine. You need to calm down" I say

"I can't calm down, Barton!" She carries on "If something would have happened an inch closer to your heart you would have died! I can't do this alone" She says and I sigh

"I know, I know and what have I told you about calling me Barton, Barton?"

She chuckles as she sighs, calming down "That if I call you Barton I have to refer to myself as Barton as well I know" She says

I smile, but quickly hide it as I see Steve round the corner.

"I have to go" I say and I hear her sigh

"Avengers duties I know" She says "I wish I could come with you" She says

"You know you can't, I love you" I say and she sighs

"I love you too"

I put the phone down just as Steve walks up to me

"Who was that?" He asks

"Y/n" I tell him

"She doing OK?" He asks

"She's fine" I say and he shakes his head as he laughs

"You're not going to tell us why she's not here are you?"

I smile

"Nope"
