"Dude, you didn't say this place was haunted," Jake nervously laughed and Sam gave him a disappointed sigh. "Jake, you should know by now that if we're exploring a place, it's most likely haunted," he laughed and I joined in.

"Anyways guys, today we have someone new joining us, Y/N. You've probably seen her in some of Katrina's videos," Sam added and I gave the camera a small wave and a shy smile.

After a few minutes of both Sam and Colby exchanging information about the place to Jake, myself and the viewers, we got out of the car and cautiously made our way up the trail towards the place.

The pitch blackness of the night sky made it hard for us to make out the environment surrounding us, but our flashlights made it a bit more pleasant.

"So, what do you think about it so far," Sam asked a few steps ahead of the rest. "I mean, it's nice. Can't really make out much of what's around us but I guess it's peaceful," I answered, a bit unsure of my answer.

"Famous last words," Colby chuckled and so did I, making the slightest bit of eye contact with him as he looks back.

Finally we made it to the end of the trailed road. It stopped but we still had a bit to go before we reached the building. The building's silhouette was visible, but almost melting into the darkness of the night.

"If you guys see anyone, or anything, you tell us. Don't want to make the same mistake as last time, am I right?" Sam gave Colby a nervous smile and I laughed.

As we made our way closer to the building, Sam and Colby taking turns to film, I tried staying out of the shot as much as I could. Having only just properly met Colby a few hours ago made it a bit difficult for me to entirely be myself.

Suddenly Sam stopped in his tracks and so did the rest of us. "Okay, the building is just ahead of us. Let's keep our flashlights off until we're inside just to avoid getting caught," Sam explained and we obliged.

We kept walking until we were faced with a fence, Sam climbing over it first and jumping down to the other side. Colby went next and climbed over it effortlessly, looking attractive as he does it.

"You're up," Jake said, nudging me towards the fence. I looked up to the very end of it, nervousness washing over me as I hesitantly grab onto it.

"Let me help," Jake said, laughing when he sees me struggling to climb it. He helps me get on top and Colby reaches out his hand for help.

"How the hell am I going to get down," I laugh and Jake joins in. "Hold my hand and swing your other leg over," Colby explains and I do just that, his hand gripping mine.

"What now?" I smile down at him and he looks up at me. "Jump down."

"Jump down?" I whisper shout at him and he laughs. "Just trust me," he smiles and I give him a nervous laugh. I jump down and feel myself stumble but my arm gets pulled back, his other hand grabbing my waist and steadying me.

"Gotcha'," he smiles and let's me go. "Almost didn't," I pointed out and he laughs. "Still did," he confidently said and I smile at him, feeling more comfortable with him after that.

Jake jumped the fence and finally we made it to the front of the building, turning on our flashlights. It wasn't in its best condition, but considering the fact that its abandoned, I guess it could be worse.

It had a few graffiti pieces painted on, not all that bad, but some containing satanic symbols which was normal I'm guessing. I took a few minutes examining the building, as well our surroundings.

We made our way inside, an awful stench filling the room. "Damn, Jake, couldn't wait till you were a bit further away from us?" I ask and Colby laughs, Jake jokingly flipping me off.

"Shit, almost forgot this," Sam said and threw us each a mask, putting his own one on while we did the same. "So what exactly do you guys do when you go to these kinds of places?" I ask curiously while looking around.

"Explore, duh," Colby jokes and I sarcastically laugh. "No seriously," he continues. "Explore, mess with demons, get arrested," Sam laughs and so do I.

While Sam and Colby were filming I took this as an opportunity to look around the place. The walls were in poor condition, cracks forming in them and some broken down, old dripping blood soaked into them.

The floors were a complete mess, tiles ripped out, broken, glass shattered every where. Medical equipment was scattered all over the place, as well as furniture like chairs and sheets covered in blood.

I walked along the hallway, examining the drawings on the walls, taking in the tragic state of the place.

"Don't wander off," I heard Colby say as he walked closer to me, looking at what I was just looking at. "This place is crazy," I say and he nods with a smile. "We tend to explore crazy places," he laughs, his eyes brightening up in the dim light of my flashlight.

"It's not that scary though," I say and he agrees. "We'll take you with when we explore something scary," He says and I hesitantly agree with him, shaking on it to make a deal.

"How did you meet Sam?" he asks and leans against the wall, looking directly into my eyes. He looks kind of intimidating standing like that. "I met him through Katrina."

"And how did you meet Katrina?" He asks and I laugh nervously. "You're full of questions, huh," I joke and he smiles, shaking his head. "I'm genuinely curious though."

"I met her at a party. We clicked and became best friends. Love at first sight," I joke and he laughs, his laugh making me laugh.

"So, why haven't we met sooner?" he asks and I give him a nervous smile, shrugging my shoulders and looking towards the wall again, breaking eye contact with him.

I look back at him, coming back in contact with his ocean blues, "You have really pretty eyes," I suddenly say and he smiles at me, looking down at my lips as an embarrassed smile form on them.

"You have nice lips," he says and moves an inch closer to me, his body so close I can feel the heat coming off of it. He looks back down at my lips and smiles as his eyes slowly travel back up to my eyes.

His face nears mine, his lips inches away from mine.

Suddenly a loud crashing sound coming from a room nearby startles us, and we run back to Sam and Jake, completely forgetting about what had just happen.
