You were staring at the sunset from the beach, tears falling from your eyes. The Brighton Sun was a beautiful sight, and yet- you couldn't stop crying. You reached up to your right eye with your hand, wiping the tears away softly.
You'd always been an overly emotional person, crying at the slightest of sounds. Things had been rough in your apartment and with the family in general, so all you could do was find somewhere peaceful to go and let your emotions pour out until there was nothing left.
"Am I interrupting something...?" A soft voice came from next to you.
You looked up, only to notice a tall man with glasses, a long and thin trench coat, thick fluffy brown hair, and a soft look to his eyes. There was something about him that just.. comforted you, The sight of him took your words away from your head, causing you to forget all your problems.
"Sorry.." You laughed at your pathetic self. "Rough week."
"Aww, it's alright!" He gave you a little smile. "The neighbors where my office is think I'm the crazy one. I'm merely trying to get content."
You giggled at his comment softly, noticing your tears start to dry up.
"I'm Y/n" You introduced yourself despite looking like a hot mess.
"Wilbur." He replied.
"Aww, that's adorable." You said.
"Shut up." Wilbur laughed.
He sat next to you, the height difference between you and the brunette being noticeable. You leaned into him softly, inhaling his sweet scent- it reminded you of Autumn.
"Thank you." You mumbled into his coat.
