CHAPTER 6: THE MEETING

AIZAWA'S POV

Morning came and I had to be at this meeting with Deku and the other leaders of the pack soon. I groan as I unwrap myself from Mic who is sleeping soundly for the first time in years. I slowly get up and stretch not wanting to wake him. He wakes up anyway not feeling me next to him like normal. He sits up and rubs the sleep from his eyes.
"Hey babe where are you going so early in the morning?" He asked me with a smile on his face.
"I have that meeting today with Deku at the LOV headquarters soon. Why don't you try and get some more sleep while I'm gone?" I ask him. He shakes his head no as he gets up from the bed. He comes up to me and kisses my lips softly.
"No, can I come with you?" He asked me with puppy dog eyes. Just then my phone dings letting me know that I have a text message.
Deku- Hey Aizawa just reminding you about the meeting today. Don't forget to bring Mic with you as well. I've sent a car to get you so don't worry about driving yourself. Dad will also be at this meeting so don't be late.
Me- Okay Deku we just woke up and are getting ready now.
Deku- Okay Daizawa
Me- Daizawa? When did you come up with that nickname for me?
Deku- Haha the other day and Mama Mic is always welcomed here as well. We'll see in a few. There's breakfast and coffee as well so hurry up
That was the last message I got as Mic and I hurried to get dressed for the day. Just then there was a car honking in front of our house. We walk out and see that it was a four door Jag and Dabi was driving it.
"What the fuck is that burning in front of your house?" He asked us as I looked to see another one of those crosses burning out front.  I took Mic into my arms and made our way to the car, I didn't want Mic to see it again. Dabi got out of the car and took a picture of it. I'm assuming for proof or some shit like that.
"Not again babe can we please just move?" Mic asked as tears started to form in his eyes. I had thought of it countless times over the years but unfortunately we couldn't find a better place.
"You know we can't yet babe. I'm sorry that I can't protect you like I promised," I said to him as I also started to cry. We held each other in our arms as Dabi got back into the car.

DABI''S POV

From what Deku had told us briefly was that Aizawa and Mic had, had some trouble with their neighbors because both of them are gay. I had never thought it would be as bad as burning a cross in front of their lawn. Just as we started to drive away we heard an explosion behind us. What the fuck was that I thought to myself. As I looked out the rear view mirror I saw their house going up in flames.
"You two stay here, I'll be right back," I told them as I ran into the house. The flames did nothing to me. I heard crying from a room to the left of me. I ran into the room and saw a boy and a girl. The boy was the same age as I was and the girl was only five. The boy was there last night at the pack ceremony. I picked both of them up and ran for the car. I put the girl on Aizawa's lap and the boy in the front seat next to me.
"Shinso and Eri, we thought that you were staying at a friend's house?" Mic asked, crying because of fear. I get my phone out and call Deku right away.
Deku- Hey babe everything okay?
Me- Hell no first someone burned a cross on their lawn when we first left. As soon as I was close to being far away, the house caught on fire. Shinso and a little girl were in the house while it was on fire. I got them  out and they're with us now. Unfortunately the house burned to the ground, these four are homeless now.
Deku- WHAT THE FUCK. GET HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN BABE I DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO BREAK EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE TRAFFIC RULES OUT THERE. I'LL HAVE SOMETHING IN PLACE AS SOON AS YOU GET HERE. BE SAFE AND I LOVE
Me- Always am and I love you too babe.
I hung up my phone and continued to drive. Mic and Aizawa were taking care of the crying girl. I looked at Shinso for the first time in proper lighting. He had purple hair and bags under his eyes like he didn't get enough sleep.
"Thank you for rescuing us Dabi," he said in a bored tone. I just looked at him.
"Your pack and a friend, what did you think would happen?" I asked him. He just shrugged his shoulders and I nodded in understanding. He wasn't sure how to act in a proper pack. We pulled up to the bar. Aizawa, Mic and Eri got out of the back seat while Shinso and I got out of the front. Eri let go of Mic's hand and run up to me hugging me.
"Thank you sir for saving us," Eri said as I hugged her. I would kill those who tried to hurt this innocent little girl. I am now considering her to be like my little sister and I knew my mates would as well.
Just then Deku stepped out of the bar. He looked good in Black dress pants and a white dress shirt. He saw my arms around the little girl and smiled at me. He knew what I felt about her already.
