Wait until i say 'i love you'

Chapter 1

It is Christmas and everyone is celebrating. California looks beautiful during these days. It is snowing in the whole city. Samuel is sitting inside his room filled with darkness. He is holding a photo in his hand and crying 'please come back. I will not hurt you anymore. I miss you a lot every day...it's been a year, I haven't seen you. I know you're alive somewhere. Please come back'. Suddenly someone knocked at his door 'Sir, food is ready. I have kept on the table outside and I am leaving'. After a few minutes, he came outside and took the plate, and went inside again. Samuel got a call from his mother and she requested him to move on. He replied 'I am sure, she is still alive and she will come back to me' and disconnected the call. He started remembering her first day of college and their love story...

It was the first day of college, and students entered and gathered for the orientation. People could see each other's faces full of nervousness and excitement. He was different from other's totally into books but was also concentrating on the dean's speech about the college and studies. After the orientation, students were discussing about college life and parties. He was least interested in anyone. Samuel heard few guys discussing about a girl 'man, she is beautiful but I heard she is totally into sports'. Another guy replied 'that means she is cool too'. Samuel slowly said looking at them 'waste of time'.

Samuel was about to enter the class and saw a girl picking up her books. He went towards her and started helping her. The girl said sweetly 'thank you, I am Kyra'. He was mesmerized seeing her beauty but after few seconds, he came into his senses and replied rudely 'no one should be clumsy on their first day of college' and left. Kyra thought maybe she should be more careful. Class started and professor announced 'important rule of my class. No one should be late'. As soon as he said that, Kyra entered the class. The whole class started laughing at the professor. Samuel thought that she is not even serious about her studies. Kyra apologized 'I am very sorry for getting late Sir'. She looked around but there was no empty desk except next to Samuel. She went towards him...Samuel harshly ordered her 'please make yourself comfortable somewhere else'. A girl from behind asked her to switch place with her. She went behind and sat. Kyra heard a voice next to her 'Don't mind him. He is handsome but always rude to everyone'. She responded 'uhhmm, I guess'. She introduced herself with a smile 'Hey, I am Tori and you must be Kyra, the beautiful girl'. She smiled back at her. While sitting there, Kyra kept looking at Samuel all the time and thought 'he is rude but attractive. He insulted me but still, I want to talk to him as if I want to know him more'.

After the class, Kyra went to the sports club to submit the form. A guy came forward and took her form 'Hi, I am Richard, I am managing the sports club and I am also the captain of the football team'. She replied 'Hi, actually I wanted to volunteer for the sports club'. Richard asked confusingly 'wait, I heard, you have played many sports'. She replied with awkwardness 'I have played many games but right now I just want to volunteer for the club as I want to focus on my studies'. Richard advised her 'I think you should do both. Don't waste your talent'. She nodded 'I will try'. She went to the college canteen with Tori to have lunch and sat on the chair. Tori told Kyra 'look there, Samuel...he is so handsome'. Kyra requested her to stop starring at him. Few guys came and joined both the girls for lunch. They started introducing themselves, Samuel stood up and starred at Kyra aggressively and left by saying 'attention seeker'. This time she was really hurt hearing him and went behind him furiously. She saw him outside the college in the garden area with books. She went to him and questioned 'why are you so rude to me and who are you to judge me all the time?' He ignored her and started walking away. She blocked his way and said 'first answer me, then you can leave'. He replied 'girl like you, always trying to be nice with everyone and just want attention. Anyway, I am not interested to have a conversation with you. Please don't waste my time'. Kyra was shocked standing there alone with no words to respond. She thought something broke inside her because of Samuel's last words.
