Ingredients :
• Prawns - 1/2kg
• Dry red chilly - 8 to 10
• Coriander seed - 1/2 tspn
• Tamarind - small ball
• turmeric - 1/2 tspn
• Onion - 1 ( medium size)
• Tomato - 2
• Garlic - 6 cloves
• Ginger - 1/2 inch
• Salt - to taste
• Curry Leaves
• Ghee - 3 to 4 tblspn
Method :
• Grind dry red chilly, coriander seed, tamarind, onion, tomato, ginger,garlic, turmeric and salt make a smooth paste.
• Marinate prawns with paste we prepared n cook it till prawns r tender n soft
• Add ghee n curry leaves for tempering
Yummy n tasty prawns ghee roast is ready to serve.
