Ingredients :
• Squid - 1/2kg
• Onion - 1
• Tomato - 2
• Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
• Ginger - 1/2 inch
• Red chilly paste - 3 to 4 tblspn
• Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves
• Coconut Oil - 4 tblspn
• Salt - to taste
Method :
• Sauté onion, tomato, garlic and ginger. Grind it n make a smooth paste.
• In kadai add squid , paste we prepared, red chilly paste n salt . Cook till it's tender n soft
• In separate pan heat coconut oil add curry leaves n squid
• Garnish it with coriander leaves
Yummy n tasty squid masala fry is ready to serve.
How to make red chilly paste :
Ingredients :
• Red chilly - 20• Coriander seed - 1 tspn
• Tamarind - small ball
• Turmeric -1/4 tspn
Method :
• Grind above ingredients n make a smooth paste.
