Alpha Marcus sat at his desk, with bata Joe, Lany, Pinky, a few others from the Royal family joined him as they prepared the treaty he will sign with the Warlock King, they were almost finished with the meeting and were about to leave when Luc stormed in without knocking.

It was out of character for him to behave this way, and he knew that well, something had taken over his senses, he came face to face with pinky, his father's adopted sister, everyone knew the story about how she was tricked and deceived into helping the Criminal, then turned around and helped save Queen Luna, his beautiful amazing Caribbean mother,  from that dirty evil rogue Tyler.

Pinky reached out and patted his cheek with a smile and kissed him, saying "hello Mr handsome", then headed out the door with four of her personal guards behind her, she looked wonderful, stronger than the last time she was home, she had changed from the timid scared, not sure of herself, she-wolf, to a sexy efficient confident creature in charge of one thousand wolves at the southern walls, her mate was dead, her daughter Siy was grown and about to be Lycan as well.

 Prince Luc had some messed up ways, as he was told by his friends and sister, they had said many times to his face, he was full of himself, and much too vain about his clothes and fiscal appearance , which he agreed, whole heartily, disrespecting his parents weren't something he would readily do, but he couldn't wait, he needed to talk to his father now, the meeting with the clan leaders was taking forever, he has been waiting three hours, since the arrival of that little brat and her father.

Luc decided to make his father understand that the princess had to leave this palace, he'd felt her energy pull to him from a place he did not understand, at first, he thought it was something super amazing happening, he had never felt anything so deep for any female he dated or associated with, his mind was lost when he looked in her eyes, he didn't think he could ever look in them again without getting furiously angry.

 She will not disrespect him yet train under him, No! he could still feel his twin's eyes on him and hear her gasping at the pure insolence of that highbred witch.

Walking past the family members while they were leaving the room, he preceded to the huge ceiling to floor window, and leaned against the glass, he pounded on it with his fist, making a crack, sometimes the twins forget that their strength was much more than a mere wolf, the crack started small, then escalated up the glass with a zigzag pattern, they were on the fourth floor overlooking the garden, all the temped glass in the kingdom was almost unbreakable, yet this window broke.

 His father was still sitting at his desk, looking up from what he was doing with concern, he wanted to investigate the energy he felt pulsating from Luc's body.

 The King couldn't wait till his children got their wolves, it would make communicating with them much easier, getting up he walked across the room stopping next to his son, he places a hand on his bent shoulder and squeezed him hard to get his attention.

"Son, you are angry," that part wasn't a question, but a statement, " why? he asked.

 Marcus realized whatever bothered his firstborn had to be a big deal, Luc hardly ever got mad and showed out like this, he waited patiently for him to answer without saying anything, his hand still squeezing the bent shoulder.

"Dad", raising his head to look at father, Luc hissed the words through his perfect teeth, "I have never been so freaking humiliated and angry in my life, it was worst than that time, Mymy burnt all my clothes and I had to walk around in you, and Zane's stuff, till my new orders came in", he showed his teeth with another hissing sound.

Luc had always done it, from a small pup when something or someone displeased him, "where did that half-bred come from? actin all high and mighty in our kingdom, doesn't she know who I am or what? he slammed his closed fist again, making the weakened glass shake and let out a tiny breaking noise.

"Hold on my boy, come sit down let's discuss this, one more hit and you will end up in the garden son".

  Alpha Marcus pulled on him again, pushing him over to the desk to sit, Marcus wanted to laugh but did not.

The reason being, he felt his son pain from the first rejection he ever got, it might have been funny to anyone looking in on the outside, especially the family, to see Luc having problems with a female, he had begun to understand as soon as his son said that statement, he had seen the little display of the princess, the king would not blame her for her actions towards the prince, his son will have to work it out on his own because the princess was here to stay whether he liked it or not.

The king knew what was written before our time will prevail

"I would guess you are talking about the princess Blinks" his father answered, sitting in his chair, after Luc sat and placed his hands on his head, "Darn skippy I am" yelled Luc, causing his father to look over up at him with displeasure from the tone of his voice.

 Luc caught himself in time and grunted "sorry father" but the insolence of this girl, princess or not, why would she act like that? I am the one and only heir to the throne.

Alpha Marcus sat and listened quietly, shaking his head to agree or disagree on occasions but didn't say a word until his son had completed his rant about strangers in the palace acting stush.

"Son let me tell you a little story", said The King after his son went silent, Luc raised his head and looked at his father thinking oh here we go again, dad and his old-time Storys, come to think of it, his father was a very young handsome Alpha, everyone knew he has only dated one woman my mother the queen, what advice could he possibly have for me with women, he began to think, he should have kept his feelings to himself, feeling worst than before he remained quiet and listen.

"When I met your mother for the first time it was a new experience for her, at first she wanted no part of me at all, as you know she grew up in the Caribbean with aunt Titi, she knew nothing about being a princess, wife, Queen, Mother or mate, my wolf and I wanted to be close with our newly found mate we've been waiting many years for her, most had already found theirs, so when Maya actually showed up it was a hard decision for my wolf and me, we had to chill, I had to push him back every chance I got and give my beloved the extra time she needed to get accustomed to the situation.

It was the first time, Luc was hearing this, it had always been an easy kinda love between his parents, they still acted like children with each other, his mom blushed every single time dad kissed her and they got caught, it was really cute the relationship his parents shared.

There has been a time, when he had thought his tough alpha king father, was scared shitless of his mother, because he would use the phrase "don't let your mother find out, very often when he or Mymy was up to no good or shenanigans in the palace, like it wasn't he, the king, running shit around here.

Luc sat and talk with his father about many things that day, they had never spoken like this before and it felt very special for both.

 They talk about how Maya hated princess dresses and makeup just like Mymy, and how easy it was for Luc to communicate with the ladies.

 "Not all females are the same,"  Alpha Marcus went on," the reason why I'm telling you all this about your mother Luc, is so you could understand how long it took me to get her to actually be my mate, it took her months to say she loves me, she ended up in so much pain from heat because I didn't mate with her when the elders said to, so you see my son when it comes to the mind and heart of a stronger female than you're accustomed to, it's going to take a lot of patience and time if it is something you truly want, time is of the essence just watch and see.

Luc listen and appreciated all his father had said, his anger began to cool down, the King was wise both in love and war, so he believed that he must know what he was talking about when it came to the opposite sex.

Anyway, Luc sucked his teeth in annoyance, minus the mate conversation was father crazy, that mutt wasn't his mate, he was only trying to be welcoming, and a good host when she shunned him.

leaving his father after promising to let the situation go about princess Blinks, Luc headed straight for his twin's room, he needed her outlook on what had happened, his dad had said drop it with the princess, not his sister.
