Chapter 20, The first day at home 🌹

~*Lilac's POV*~

I placed my suitcase next to my backpack and book bag. I was excited since papa and отец were going to take me 'home' today. I picked up my purple basketball jumper and slipped it on, so it only showed my knee-long skirt. I sat down on the beanbag as I waited for them. I was about to fall asleep when there was a knock on my door. I jumped and looked at the doctor while rubbing my eyes. 

"They're here, Lilac," He smiled. I smiled as I got up and put on my backpack. I picked up my bookbag and grabbed the handle of my suitcase, and made my way to the waiting room.

I saw papa and отец when I was about to enter the waiting room. I tripped over my own feet, fell onto the floor, and my suitcase almost hit me. 

"Oh my god, Lilac!" My papa said as отец crouched down to me and picked me up. 

"Are you alright, Lilac?" My отец asked as he held me and tried to make I'm alright. Tears rolled down my face as I gripped onto his jacket. 

"I-I... just want to go home," I whimpered as I put my face against his chest. 

"Okay, Lilac. We can go home," My отец whispered, stroking my hair.

~*Half an hour later and in Whitty's POV*~ 

I opened the apartment door, picked up the suitcase and walked in. Ruv walked in with Lilac in his arms. I dumped my backpack onto the couch. When Lilac opened her eyes, and she gasped when she saw the apartment. Ruv closed the door before putting Lilac down, and Lilac ran around the apartment while still holding her bookbag and backpack on her back. I walked over to the bedroom, opened the door and dumped the suitcase onto the couch. Lilac skipped in and looked around the bedroom. 

"Lilac, can I have your backpack and book bag?" I asked. Lilac hopped over to me and put the book bag onto the bed before taking off her backpack and putting it down as well. 

"Whitty, Lilac. I'm going to order some food, do you guys want?" Ruv asked. I turned around and saw Ruv leaning against the doorframe. 

"Pizza?" Lilac spoke up. 

"Alright," Ruv said, taking out his phone and start tapping away. There was a loud knocking on the door that caught all of us off guard. Ruv and I looked at each other, confused. "Come here, Lilac," Ruv said as he moved to the side and crouched down. I quickly made my way to the front door as Lilac went into Ruv's arms. 

The loud knocking started again when I was about to answer the door. When I opened the door, the person accidentally punched me in the stomach, but not hard enough for it to hurt me. It was a police officer, and when he looked up at me, his face went from anger to confusion. I looked around and saw the dick cookie neighbour as well as two more police officers. 

"Um, I'm looking for a Ruv?" The police officer who punched me in the stomach asked. 

~*Police officer's POV*~

"Ruv," The humanoid bomb called out and looked back into the apartment. "You need to come here," 

"Alright," I heard someone yell back. I overheard a whisper, but I couldn't overhear what it said. A tall, pale Russian walked into view behind the humanoid bomb.
