Imagine you had a close friend. You spent most of your time with them, talking to them even though they never talk back to you but you never care bout it. They seemed to hate you, ignored you and wanted to be left alone. But when you were sad, they came to you. You thought "I'll be fine as long as I have them. They're part of my life and I love them. I'm sure we'll get closer when we grew up".
After a few months, you were there, holding your dying friend, feeling confused. "This had to be one of my dream, right?". You closed your eyes and laughed. "Haha, what a stupid dream". Then, tears came down. You were afraid to open your eyes but then you heard your friend screaming in pain. You knew their time has come but you kept on denying, "No, this can't be true".
After all the screaming, they suddenly became quiet. "I-I knew it, it was a dream after all". That is the worst lie you ever made. Once you opened your eyes, you saw a lifeless body in your hands. You hugged them, crying out your jar of negative emotions. Feeling angry and guilty but you couldn't feel sad. You didn't bother and kept hugging them.
Few days passed and you still thinking about them with empty feeling. You never cry nor feeling down after that but rather felt empty. You lay on your bed and forced yourself to sleep. After that, you noticed that you were in big, dark, empty room. "This again" you thought.
After a while being alone in the dark, an emotion suddenly burst into you. All of your precious memories came without control. No, it's not angry nor guilt. Then, you heard familiar sound come from a cabinet nearby. You didn't think twice and opened it. You saw your friend looking at you.
Cried as much as you could, you went to hug them. Why now? Why they had to appear now? You ignored your thoughts and enjoyed the moment hugging your friend. You didn't know how but you knew that they were also happy to meet you.
Suddenly, you woke up from your dream, still crying. Then, you just realised. 'When you were sad, they came to you'. You finally smiled and said, "Thank you.. I love you, Kitty".
