The only reason why people ship Ausi x Tokoyami is because they were paired up together in the practical exam.
Also because they're quirks both have to do with animals.
YET
Everyone bats an eye at Shouji x Tokoyami.
Like seriously Tokoyami almost killed someone for Shouji at the training camp.
And there is some other factors that make me think that Asui x Tokoyami is over all just a ship that doesn't make sense.
