The sun sets down,
And the moon arises.
The people of Earth if it's their time,
Lay their heads and close their eyes.
Fatigued with the day's work,
They get ready with yearn to rest.
Showers,
Brushing,
And pj's.
But for teens it's different.
Some stay awake late into the night.
Some don't sleep at all.
We wait for goodnight texts from lovers and friends.
We read on Wattpad.
We fall asleep eventually,
Just not right away.
We wait for replies.
And when we get them,
We sleep with peaceful hearts.
