"That's not true, it can't be!"
Ananya said, shaking her head.

Suga,"That's fate."

"No it isn't!
No one can change fate."
Ananya scoffed.

"They can. When in desperate need."
Hope said.

Ananya, "Who would be in such desperate need to change my fate?"

Hope and Suga went silent to this.
They knew that she won't believe their words that easily.
She had more faith and trust in Acharya than any other person in this world. Convincing her against her teacher, it would be near impossible.

Suga,"You will know, soon."

Ananya, "Can't you just spill the beans?"

Suga," I would need your trust for that."

Ananya paused and replied,
" You have my trust."

"Not yet,"
Suga sighed.

Ananya was confused.
She did trust Suga. She trusted all the Princes of the land. Suddenly she realised something.

Ananya, "How did you know I was the Princess?"

Hearing this, Hope sprinted up to Suga and held him back from replying.
Suga patted the arm on his shoulder and replied straightforward,
"I cursed the land."

Ananya's eyes went wide in surprise.
Why would he need to do that?
Is he working with Ash?
Is this why he thinks
she can't trust him?

Suga,"As to why, I can't say that now."

Ananya, " You need my trust for that, don't you?"

Suga nodded.

Ananya, " What about the Gem Energy? You can't take that load, can you?"

Suga nodded and replied, " You can take it back, once you trust me."

Ananya, " Are you trying to get
yourself killed?"

Hope,"You need to understand."

Ananya fumed," WHAT?
What do I need to understand?"

Hope," How do you think he got the core energies and is still in
good health?"

Ananya sighed, "He is my soulmate. As long as I'm alive, he won't feel the pain of carrying those Energy cores as much as I do. But, it's up to me to decide if I should help him with the pain or let him suffer."

Suga, "So you know."
Immediately a thick clog of blood splurged out of his mouth.

Shocked, Ananya chanted
"Melius dimidium."
Immediately, half the burden on Suga's shoulders was relieved.
She then channeled some energy to Suga and helped him cope with the energy fluctuations.
