You felt him shift and stand up from his seat and sit behind you before wrapping his arms around your waist and lifted you up onto his lap. He nuzzled his face into your neck. You ruffled his blonde hair before undoing the braid combing your fingers through his long hair. He looked up at you with his golden eyes as you looked back at him with your /c/ eyes. He then spoke up
"I'm sorry for not always being with you like the other couples around the city." you pecked him on the nose "It's fine Aether, not every relationship can be lovey-dovey." smiling he continued to bury his face into your neck as you looked back at the starry night.
