•Probably had a realistic nightmare of his friends dying in front of him, and then you, and he couldn't do anything to help.
•Woke up right after and bolted to wherever you sleep [if the both of you sleep in different rooms.]
•Extremely relieved after seeing you safe.
•Sat by your bed and hid his head into your bedsheets.
•Ears went down. [Oh my god he's so cute-]
•Small...whimpers.
•I don't know how you woke up, but you woke up.
•The two of you cuddled for a while and you try your best to calm him down.
•Fell asleep hugging you.

Aether⭐
•Nightmare about the 'Unknown God' turning you into red vitamin cubes.
•Woke up when he was about to kill the 'Unknown God', or when he was about to be killed by 'Unknown God'. [Or maybe turned into vitamin cube too]
•You sleep with him on the same bed so he quickly turned to you and cupped your face.
•Hugged you while shaking with small sobs.
•You woke up because his sobs got louder.
•Poor baby couldn't tell you what made him wail.
•'I will protect them...this time...I will.'
•Is what he said over and over again in his head.
•When he stopped sobbing he instantly fell back to sleep leaving you confused.
•You asked him about it the next day and he talked to you about it but reassured you that it was nothing.

Razor🐺
•Nightmare about how one day he came back from happily hunting and sees his lupical family killed by an abyss mage.
•Woke up right after seeing dead family.
•Wakes up whimpering.
•Proceeds checking every wolf and is also relieved after knowing they're still alive.
•Thought about you while checking up on the wolves and rushes to wherever you live.
•You were out on a late-night stroll in Mondstadt. [If you don't do that now you do...]
•He suddenly hugged you from out of nowhere from behind.
•Small sniffles.
•"I had bad dream. I don't like bad dream."
•Is what he said when you asked what happened.
