Episode - 16 + Author's Note

Yoonji's POV -

Taehyung and Jimin suddenly barged in my room while breathing heavily. Me and Jungkook got startled by them but soon composed ourselves and stood up from our seats while still munching the snacks.
Taehyung asked Jungkook to leave the room but he denied and said - "No way, I know you will hurt Yoonji If I left."

He said and recieved a quick glare from Taehyung. Controlling his anger he again said - "Jungkook-ssi, Try to understand. Please leave and don't worry I'll not hurt her. We just have something important to discuss."

Jungkook again denied, so unwillingly I had to interrupt them. I somehow convinced Jungkook to leave us alone for few minutes. And finally he left the room half heartedly. After he left Jimin came few steps ahead and said something that made me Jungshooked.

"Dad, got to know about our plan. And now he so angry that he has fixed the wedding within this week. He also wants to meet three of us in his office, Right now! Goshh! Everything got messed me" - He said in one go and sat on the nearby chair. I stood their with my mouth wide opened. It took me some time to process all this things. All three of us sat their quietly for sometime.

I decided to break the silence and said - "Shit Shit shit!! What should we do now!?"

"I think, we should go and meet him first." - Taehyung said and moved out of the room followed by Jimin and me.

Inside Mr. Kim's Office -

We all are sitting in front of him while looking here and there. Mr. Kim on the other side was sitting on his chair with one hand on his holding his golden pen and the other was playing with a glittering glass ball. Mom was also their, she was sitting on the sofa beside us and was giving me glares. She was dressed formally in a suit and the red lipstick was totally giving her a villian look, well..At least for me.
Mr. Kim took a glance at us with his ice cold eyes. It's the first time that I have seen Mr. Kim this angry. I didn't said anything and nudged Jimin to say something as he is the eldest in three of us.

"U-umm, ahem, D-dad, W-we are sorry. I know we have disappointed you but please try to understand our point of view too. We aren't happy with this marriage. We don't want new family members in our family." - Jimin said while stuttering a little. I also encouraged my inner soul and and said - "Mom, You know I tried so hard to accept them but I can't. Please mom don't Marry him......"

I was speaking but suddenly I felt a stinging sensation on my left cheek and my face turned to the right side. I realised that mom slapped me. I looked down while my eyes got glissery with the liquid mixed with a little sadness and a little of fear.

" I'm disappointed Yoonji, I didn't raised you like this. Who gave you the right to take my life decisions, huh! I will not tolerate your this kind of behaviour anymore. We are getting Married this week and that's final. Accept this marriage or not, it doesn't matter to me anymore." - Mom said with a voice filled with disappointed, sadness and anger.

"But mom he's not good for you."- I said
"And what made you think like this?" - She said with irritation.

"Because He is a Mafia." - I finally relieved the truth. I expected mom to be shock but what she said was unexpected to me.

"So, what if he is a mafia. He loves me and I love him. That's what really matters. About him being a mafia I already know it. He told me that a long ago." - Mom said and left the office room. I was still in shock.

Mr. Kim came towards me and said - "I know you are worried for your mom's safety. Don't worry, I will protect her with all my might. And one last thing, I forgive you three and will consider this as your first and last mistake. So don't even think of planning something like again or the consequences won't be good for y'all. You all can leave now" - He said and we left quietly.
