Morning Anu was lying on Asok’s lap. He was pampering her. Archan came with two glasses of tea for both of them. When Anand came downstair, he saw that Anu was lying on Asok’s lap.
He became jealous.
“Girl, don’t you have shame? You are grown up still get pampered by Appa?
Anand started irritating anu.
“How much grown? I still my Appa’s little girl. He will pamper me always.”
She rolled her eyes.
Then Anand jumped towards Archana’s lap who was sitting on the couch.
“Then me also want some pampering. Amma, please pamper me.”
“Both are at the age of pampering own children. Still want to get pampered.”
Archana teased them.
“Nandu, Me and Asoketta will leave early today. Our receptionist is on leave today. We need to open the clinic. Kesav and Subhadramma will go to the hospital. Yesterday her wheezing increased. Also, Ben and Jessica will departure today. You have to say goodbye to them.”
Anand nodded.
“Both of you are going for marriage. Aren’t you?”
Archana asked.
“Yes, amma.”
Anu replied.
“You people should put the house key in the flower pot.”
“Ok…ok…we know”
Anu again said.
Anu and Anand are going to attend a marriage function. It is the marriage of Anand’s senior Deepak. He is Anand’s colleague too. Deepak’s sister is Anu’s friend. Thus, both Anu and Anand got invitation for marriage.
Archana and Asok left early.
“Anu…Anu…come down quickly. We are already late for marriage. Are you still doing your make up?”
Anand screamed from downstair.
“I am coming Nandetta.”
" Anu, if you don't come now, I will go alone. You come by Auto rickshaw or bus.”
“Nandettaa, please wait . I am insane now. I got stuck by this saree. I really don't know to wear this properly. Can you help me?”
Anamika asked from upstair.
After telling this She came out of the room by holding half wore saree, and she was wearing her red blouse and yellow underskirt only. She stood in front of him like that without any shyness and looked at him so innocently.
He closed his eyes and slapped his forehead with his hand. Twenty two years old but still she behaves like twelve years old. But truly, he like his sister's childish and innocent character.
“Anu,what is this? If somebody sees you in this dress what will they think? Go and wear saree. Shameless girl”
Anand grinned.
“If somebody sees what is going to happen? This is my house. If I wish I may walk here nudely. Who is going to question me?”
Anu replied.
“Anu, don’t make me angry. Go and wear saree. Anu , you are not a child now. You are 22. Shouldn't stand like this, in front of me or appa. If you don't know to wear saree, why are you trying to wear it?" .
