Josiah's Girlfriend!

Chapter 3

Emily's P.O.V

I was currently hanging out with Josiah right now since we are in a courtship obviously but I just want to know when he's going to purpose. I'm actually ready to get married to him. I love him so much. I actually hope he asks me to marry him soon I know you probably think I'm crazy but I'm not.

"So how about I take you on a date tomorrow?" Josiah told me

"Sure sounds fun!" I exclaimed "what should I wear?"

"Not casual but not to fancy." He replied

"Okay! I'm excited for the date!" I smiled at him

"Yeah me too!" He told me

I was currently getting ready for my date with Josiah! I was wearing a dress that came down probably about 1 or 2 inches above my ankles. I put my shoes on then I waited for Josiah.

I walked out and hopped in the vehicle when Josiah got here and we had a Picnic and all that stuff James is our chaperone. Josiah and James were whispering I wonder what that was about. I just shrugged it off and finished eating. Then Josiah helped me up and James was kinda far behind us not really but kinda. Then we arrived at my favorite place ever! It's a place where me and Josiah found a tree house together and when you go up there you can see beautiful lights on one side and on the other you can see a pretty waterfall. We climbed up there and James went up first then Josiah then me cause Josiah sorts helped me up.

James was sitting in the corner just looking at us. There was candles lit shaping a heart and Josiah was in the middle he held his hand out and I stepped over the candles over to him.

He got down on one knee and I started crying.

"Emily I hope this is romantic enough for you because you deserve the best! I love you so much and I know we are sorta young but I think we should get married or at least engaged. I know that you have been waiting forever for me to purpose but I was waiting for the right time! And when I was out with Josh and Jer they were taking me ring shopping to get this ring! I love you so much! I hope this weird speech didn't ruin anything because I love you so much!" Josiah said then he opened the ring box "so that being said, Emily Will you marry me?"

I was crying and nodding my head "yes yes! I'll marry you!"

He put the ring on my finger then hugged me this is the best moment of my life! Time to start planning a wedding! We climbed down and hopped back in the vehicle then went to my house where he dropped me off. I gave him a side hug then went inside to see my family in front of the door looking at me.

"I'm engaged!" I cheered

Everyone hugged me and told me congratulations! I'm so glad he purposed now for planning a wedding!

I'm actually sitting in a fast food place right now eating because I had a volleyball game at 7:25 so yeah!
