James sits on the couch of their apartment. Lily is sprawled across him and the couch. Lily looks up, "Alice is free to hang out this weekend, finally!"

James pouts, "I thought we were going to hang out with the other marauders." Lily sits up. Her hair contains static so it sticks up like there is zero gravity.

She frowns, "C'mon babe, we never ever get to hang out with my friends!"

James grumbles, passive aggressively, "That's because they are bor-ing."

Lily turns her head back to James with anger in her eyes. She says with a glare, "What did you just say?"

"BE-CAUSE THEY ARE BLOODY," James stands up, glad to get this off his chest, "BOR-ING!"

He spells out every syllabul as if she was a child. She stands and shouts right back with her hand waving in circles, "I DEAL WITH YOUR FRIENDS EVERY SINGLE DAY! AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU DONT HATE MY FRIENDS!"

They stare each other down knowing niether of them will back down.

"Alice can I stay at your place for awhile?"

Lily drops her bags at Alice's front door and collapses into her arms crying. Alice says reassuring her, "What ever you need, honey."
