Q : What if I'm not that good and I don't get selected?
A : That's why we have a trial period. Where you can learn from other staff and train yourself with the help of everyone. How fast you get selected depends upon how fast you learn and exhibit.
Q : The selecting Admin might have a different taste than me, how is it fair?
A : We kind of follow democratic interviews. Which means that, all the Admins, Co-heads, Managers (of the respective department) get to say whether you stay. Which means that you have a really high chance since we select people based on majority.
Q : How long can I go on hiatus?
A : The maximum hiatus is up to 3 weeks. But If it's due to studies, you can take up to 6 months and re-join once you're back.
