Liv, wait up! A voice rang out through the schoolyard. The blonde girl turned around and saw her friend sprinting up to her. "Oh, hey Tessa what's up?" she said. The brunette who was still panting took a deep breath. "You, me shopping together today", she said. The blonde looked at her friend amused, "I don't have a choice, do I?"

"Nope!" Tessa said immediately. The blonde shrugged. "Alright, I need to stock up on cookies, and new weapons anyway, and a Raven prof safe so she doesn't steal my guns again" ... she trailed off with a dreaming look on her face.

"It's a deal then...wait what did you say?!" the brunette cried out. Liv blinked "cookies...?" she responded giving her friend a wired look. Tessa instantly relaxed, making the blonde raise her eyebrow. "What did you think I said?" she asked. "Nothing," Tessa responded with a shake of her head. Liv shrugged again her friend could be wired sometimes even weirder than she was. Which said a lot considering she had won the strangest person in our year title 3 years in a row. "Let's get going," Tessa said, dragging the blonde with her.

10 minutes later they emerged from Starbucks each with a coffee in their hand. "Can I decide where we will go next?" Liv asked pleadingly. she loved Tessa, her friend was awesome but if she had to get dragged into another fashion store and be forced to try on dress after dress, she was going to commit murder.

Tessa who had been sipping her coffee contently stooped and looked at the blonde invalidly weighing her options. Then she gave a heavy sigh. "Fiinneee," she said, dragging out the word. "YAY!" Liv cried out. she grabbed the brunette's arm and began dragging her away. Tessa's eyes widened comically when she saw where her friend was dragging her. She began struggling desperately trying to free herself.

"No, we're not going there!" the brunette cried as her friend dragged her towards the one shop she never wanted to enter. The blonde came to a sudden stop, a pout appearing on her face as she turned to her friend. "But they're so pretty," she almost whined, giving her friend a pleading look. "No liv!" Tessa said sternly, making the blonde sulk even more. shaking her head, she began walking away from the shop. "You can choose any other shop than that one, liv", she said. when she got no response, she turned spun around and saw the back of her friend's head disappear into the shop.

Cursing underneath her breath she sprinted after her friend into the shop. she found the blonde staring dreamily at a shelf full of assault rifles. as she got closer, she could the girl cooing to them.

"oh look at all the pretties!" liv said lovingly caressing one of the biggest models. Tessa felt a shiver run down her back.

"Can you please stop talking about assault rifles, the same way you talk about shoes?!, It's creepy as hell" she interrupted. Liv spun around with a pout on her face. "Why must you always ruin my fun", she complained. "Because your definition of "fun" always ends up with setting something on fire or blowing it up" Tessa responded.

"Couse it is fun", Liv mumbled picking up the rifle she had been looking at before she was so rudely interrupted. Tessa noticed and slowly started backing away. "Liv put that down," she said. the blonde turned to look at her friend "Why?" she asked puzzled. Tessa gave her a look that screamed are you serious? "Because it's a gun and it's dangerous and you're more than likely going to end up shooting something" she fired back her voice laced with hysterics.

the blonde laughed "relax Tessa I know how to handle a gun, sides more than likely it's not loaded."

"More than likely?"

"It's common knowledge not to leave loaded guns out where everyone can find them, you never know when a crazy person is goanna stop by", liv explained patiently. Noting that Tessa still had a look of distrust on her face liv sighed "Look I swear on my love for violence that I won't kill anyone on purpose, I couldn't even if I wanted to I don't have a license to kill, I only have a learned permit"

Tess didn't look the slightest bit comforted and motioned for the blonde to put the gun. With a big put, the blonde did as she was told and put the gun back on the shelf. but something went wrong. maybe she put the gun down too hard or maybe it was just a case of extremely bad luck. either way what happened next was a shock. the gun went off with a loud and sharp sound. reacting quickly Tessa ducked making the bullet fly directly over her head and through a window in the shop.

After a minute she got up and was just about to go strangle her blonde friend when a loud explosion sounded. whipping her head around she saw that the gas station 200 meters away from them had exploded sending pieces of metal and rubbish everywhere. she turned to her blonde friend who was standing beside the shelf with guns with a sheepish expression on her face. "In my defence, I was left unsupervised," she said.
