Luca's restaurant was also deteriorating and in debt. He didn't want to close up Carpe Diem but facing bankruptcy and because of her daughter illness, he can only do so. Luca initially thought that after closing up Carpe Diem, he would go to [Hunter Association] to register as a [Level 1] hunter. If Luca really did so, it was not different from suicide. You can really earn quite some money by hunting monsters but that's for experienced hunters that has true abilities. Every year, there would be more than a hundred hunters died in the field and most of them is newbie which is [Level 1] hunter. (For hunter, Level 1 is the lowest while Level 5 is the highest.)

After Dante listens to Luca problems, he thinks that this man is actually quite brave and responsible. Even though he's in debt, he won't borrow money from loan shark and would still pay his employees' wages. This shows that Luca is an honorable and discipline man. Dante had decided to choose this restaurant and lend him a hand.

Dante makes an offer to Luca. By selling 51% ownership of Carpe Diem to him, he would pay off this restaurant debts and hire all of the employees but in conditions that Luca will remains here and work as a manager. He would also pay advance salary to Luca first so that he could buy her daughter healing potions.

Luca hesitated but after thinking for a moment, he decided to accept it. They then procced to discuss some of the conditions and successfully signed a magic contract. In this world, people will always use [Magic Contract] because it's more dependable and deadly to those that broke the conditions. Now Carpe Diem has changed its owner. It had become the first subsidiary company of Paradise Enterprise.

After they signed the contract, Dante told Luca about his plans and future prospects, Luca was in awe listening to him, a boy which is younger than him. In the next few days, Dante had temporary closed the restaurant to renovate it. He has also taught Luca and the chefs some recipes and cooking skills.

One day before reopening, he had bought a lot of monster corpses and pay [Merchant Association] for an advertisement service. Yes, Dante had planned to have his restaurant Carpe Diem to cooks dishes with the monster meats as the main ingredient. Dante called it as [Monster Dishes]. In this world, only hunters have the habit to eat monster meats during their hunting in the forest. The ordinary civilians were never expose or having the habit to eat monster meats. Combined with the lacking of culinary skills in this world, the people had never eaten any delicious foods.

The day Dante was going to open his restaurant, there's already full of people lining outside of the door. Luca and his employees were shocked looking at this scene, they've once again in awe of how talented and brilliant Dante was, being able to do this much just in few days. The reason why Dante can attract this much of people is because of few factors. Taking advantages of their curiosity and have a good publicity of monster dishes.
