The man walked away from the dog as the dog let out a small whine and walked towards the other side of the street, but stopped as a light shined on them, the dog looked at where the light was coming from, and saw that a car was headed straight for them.

As the car passed by, arm blades protruded from the man's forearm and multiple cuts in the air were seen without any damage done on the outside of the car, nor did the man actually move his arm, but inside the car, the drivers arms had been cut off.
"Hey drive the damned car will ya! Huh? What happened to your arms man?"
"HUUH!? SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE WHEEL MAN I CAN'T GET IT TO MOVE!!!"
