Chapter 4~Love Everywhere

I went to my locker to put away my laptop when Mrs.Zombi came up to me.

"Did you script your recording or something?!" She sounded really amazed for some reason. I shook my head as her eyes widened. "Are you sure?" I nodded. "Can I show this to your principle?" I froze. Did we say something wrong? Am I gonna get into trouble? "So can I?" I nodded. "Thank you Parkour" she smiled and walked away. I let out a sigh of relief and got my lunch.

I headed to the cafeteria and saw Carlo and Cupcake kissing in the hallway. I let a small giggle come out of my mouth and they noticed me.

"Um.... This is not what it seems..." Carlo said breaking the kiss.

"Oh it is exactly what it seems" I put a smirk on my face making the both of them go a dark shade of red. "Go on tell me what happened!" I said still keeping the smirk.

"Ugh ok" Cupcake said "But Carlo you explain"

"Well.... Um... Where do I start?.... Ok.... So I had a crush on Cupcake since middle school and she did too... One day in middle school I came up to her and asked her if I could be friends with her... The next day I heard from Chris that she freaked out because if it.... We were growibg closer and becoming best friends but still having crushes on each other.... Today in the bus you probably noticed us staring at each other.... When we came to our lockers I told her something I would never say to anyone else but her..." Carlo stopped probably because he was embarased. "Well he said sonething really touching..." Cupcake said trying hard to keep tears back. Carlo got the courage to say "I said to her, I remember that exact time when I saw you, I fell in love. I knew that I wanted to be with you and only you. I had a crush on you since middle school but never got the courage to tell you this. I love you Aaliya Cupcake, will you be my girlfriend?" Cupcake had a few tears coming down her cheek while she was holding her new-looking necklace. Carlo wiped them away and looked her in the eyes. They both stared into each other's eyes getting lost in them. Their faces come closer as their lips collide.

Something seemed to be different. Something when you come close to them, you feel different. Something that says they are meant to be. That it was not a coinsidence that they are together.

They pull away and slightly blush. I just awkwardly stood there and said "K, I need to.. Um... Go somewhere... See ya" I waved to them as they started kissing again.

I came into the cafeteria and see Mitch waving over to me. I walk over to him and sit on an empty space on the table.

"Hey! Parkour is it?" I nod. "Well you are quite shy." I just nodded again. "Anyway! Let me introduce you to the other guys!" He pointed to the guys. I remember only two of the names; they are Jerome and Lachlan. The rest of the time I was just lost in thought of the school and my friends.

I came back to reality just when he finished introducing the last guy. Then Jerome, I think, said "So what do you like in a guy?" I know where that is heading to... "I like if he is caring, kind, polite and always there when I need him" "Well, Mitch is for you..." He had a huge smirk on his face. WTF!!! "Um..." I said as I sat there awkwardly while Mitch was giving Jerome a death glare. Jerome was just laughing while Mitch was angry at him.

I saw a girl from another table was just staring right at Mitch. I guess she has a crush on him. She had raven hair, quite tall, with a slender build and different colour eyes; one forest green and another ocean blue. I gave Mitch a poke to stop him from being mad at Jerome. "Mitch, it looks like that girl likes you." I said pointing to that girl that I saw.

He saw her and they made eye contact. "Yunice...." He whisper loud enough for me to hear. He stood up and went up to her. Jerome had a larger smirk now. He came up to her table grabbed her off her chair and kissed her. She kissed back and they stood there kissing for like 30 more seconds. 

"Who the hell is that?" I asked Jerome. "She is Yunice, Mitch's ex-girlfriend. He always wanted her back but she refused. I have been seeing her stare at Mitch again like she did before.  Looks like she likes him back again!" Jerome explained. "Ohhhhhh" I said. I looked at the time and saw that I need to go to meet Cupcake as I promised her on history.

I sat up from my chair walked out of the cafeteria to see Cupcake and Carlo in the hallway kissing again. A smile crept onto my face as I saw how perfect they were for each other. "Oh hey again, Parkour!" She said breaking the kiss. "So I thought this...." I am scared... What will she say? She says crazy stuff a lot. "I thought you and Chris would be perfect together..." Her and Carlo had a smirk stuck to their faces.

"Doesn't Chris have a girlfriend though?" I asked. "He just hangs out with her, they are just best friends. That is all. He just calls her his girlfriend because he does not want to sound like a loser." Carlo answered. I froze. I have a chance with Chris?
