All the people are standing near the durga statue and started praying for bon to come out case without any accusation

TM : Hey durga maa you are the mother of all the people and you are the fighter of good over the bad and tomorrow is the day where you won over the bad as like that my grandchild bon also should come out of the jail with out any mark of bad and started doing arti by saying this

By like this all the ladies started to pray for bon mean while

CC:In mind ( yes TM i to want bon to come out of the jail to marry by her will pr by my force )thought with evil smirk

All the people are standing near durga statue then doing puja and praying for the truth winning

TRC: hey durgamaa you are the one who is protecter of the people so i request to give blessing for winning of good and bless good to our ani and started doing playing of shank while sam is doing arti

Meanwhile ani praying to god in his barrister attire by joining hands

ANI:dear durgamaa today is the biggest of my barrister life where good wins over the bad and also the person present inthe lockup and show your blessings over us

After doing the pooja all people gathered in the hall and

ANI: kaka let us go to the court as it is  time

KAKA:ha beta lets go to the court and should see how they will be jailed for their sins and som will come directly to the court from hospital

ANI : ji kaka lets go and he took all the case files and went to the court with his kaka

AT DEENPUR COURT,

All people are standing out of the court along with the family boys of both famies for the start of court session meanwhile ,
The police jeep came and stopped infront of court añd the person came out from the jeep with out any expression who is none other than the bon

The police took her  into the court session while ani,trc and CC are seeing her  with different masked expression and after that all went in to the court

In the court,

JUDGE: so i request the lawyers of this case to start their argument

BC: So judge my client present in the bone is  falsely accused of attempted to murder case where she even she dont know about this

ANI:objection judge ,here my dear lawyer is saying that it is  false accusations of the case but the case is booked with proofs so how can it will accused

JUDGE:objection overruled

BC:thanks judge,so our prosecutor is saying that there are proofs towards my client so i want to call the proofs and asking permission for the cross examination of proofs

JUD:permission granted

BC: so i want to first ask the questions to the first proof so i would u like to call  Dr.somnath roy chowdary to the bone

After that som comes and stands in the bone

BC: so dr you are one who gave the statement that the children are suffering with food poisoning right

SOM: yes

BC: how can u say that the poison which is in food is because of bon given food

SOM : as per the symptoms and case history they are poisoned by food  what they ate and the food is given by bon so i gave a statement against her

BC: so as per the case history and syptoms u r saying that they got food poision but  how do u know by which food they got poisoned without any proof and one more thing  she is the person of your enemy and the children belongs to your family right

SOM: yes

BC:point to be noted judge by his words  only we can say that this people are using this food poisoning one as clue be cause she went and talked to them  and wanted to accuse my client for their enimity without actual proof

ANI:objection your honour

JUDGE:objection sustained

ANI:Tq honour,as our defense lawyer said that there is no perfect proof for this case and the statemwnt of the person in the bone is not considered because of they are family members but there is a proof  from the goverment forensic department that food is contained poisoned which they got from children stomach wash and the reprted is submitted to you before

BC:ok prosecutor , what you said is right that we think but how can you say they got poisoned from her food only

SOM:because as i asked our worker who use to  care about them whether they ate in the middle after she fed food to them then he said that they didnt

BC:so your worker said that,ok but he also one proof of this case right so u may leave now

After that som leaves by saying tq

BC :so your honour i would like to call another proof named bihari in to the bone

after calling bihari he came stood in the  bone

BC: so bihari you are one who cares the children from morning to night

BIHARI:ji

BC:So did the children didnt eat any food after eating food of bon which she brought

BIHARI:ji

BC :ok they didnt  eat anyfood after lunch but how can we believe you u r saying right you are also one of the person of RC family right

BON:no sir bhari babu will never say lie because i saw from my childhood

After listening this bihari got eyes moist

BC:ok bon what you said is right we think, but bihari babu did you see that from where it is brought

BIHARI:no

BC :ok now you can go

After that bihari went now

BC: now after the statement given by bihari we can say my client is framed as criminal without her consciousness

ANI:objection my lord how can he say that  she is framed

BC :it simple Aani because he brought the food from ur jeep only so how can she be criminal without any proof because some other people may add the poison while it is the car or in the working hours in court

ANI:ok defense lawyer so for that confusion let clear that by getting answer from her mouth so for that i ask judge permission for cross examination

JUDGE :Permission granted

ANI:tq your honour ,so bon........
