Here starts from the ani started to ask questions to bon

ANI:so bon as ur barrister is saying that you are framed to this case right

BON: yes

ANI :so will you say actually what happened the day where you and me went for school to meet children

BON:Yes,actually that day i and my sikshak babu went to meet the children at lunch hours and after meeting them they asked me that they wanted the food which i cooked ,so actually that day i prepared the food which is kept my lunch box so i brought from my bag and fed them and after we went back to our office

ANI:my honour point to be noted that she herself prepared the food

ANI: So as per lawyers statement i would like to ask u bon that after coming from home to office where did u keep ur lunch box

BON:beside me

ANI: did you go anywhere from morning to lunch break leaving the lunch box alone

BON:no

ANI:ok,actually why you went to meet the children suddenly

BON:actually on that i have less work and also i want to see the children because i didnt see them for so long days and i said this to sikshak babu so he took me to them

ANI:ok,but why you took luch box with you to school

BON:i thought while returning to office the time will be completed so thought of eating along with the children i took the lunch box with me

ANI:did you eat along with them

BON:no, they asked to keep my food so i fed them

ANI: Point to noted of bon every word your honour,as per the direct statement of the criminal it concluded that it is a preplanned attempt to murder case on children to take revenge on their enemies by betrayed them as good person because these children are apple of the family

BC:objection your honour,the prosecutor is misleading the case by confusing my client

ANI:oh common defense lawyer ,did get sense of reversing or asking the question confusing and did i ask the question in fast ,no right
So your honour i would like to say that its a pre planned attempt to murder on children case and hence it proved by proofs so i am asking fot the judgement of the case.

JUDGE:So by listening to either sides and rectifying the proofs it concluded that its a preplanned attempt to murder case on children
So according to law,this case comes under tha sec of 307.a where if the case is proved the criminal will under go the punishement of 10years of prisonment
So for the criminal bon is punished for 10yeras of prisnoment and now the court is adjoined

By saying this judge went out and all the common people also going out

Now ,only police das people and RC people are left along with ani BC bon and along withh CC chamcha prabeeen

As the police are arresting the bon and moving out, the das people came to her with melancholic faces

SUMATI MAA:bon my daughter, how you will live in jail for 10yrs ,even after saying to you went to that people who had changed without listenging to my words see how you were sentenced to punishment for the false case

THAKUMAA:sumati control yourself dont feel down for this ,we will try our best to get her out by something

BON:thakumaa now no one can do anything because the court closed the case by giving the punishment and i should get this punishment because of beleiving them even after knowing their nature..

THAKUMAA:shut your mouth,u dont know about me we will bring you out at any cost by doing anything by discussing with your brother in law but from now onwards atleast listen to our words for your sake.

BON:thakumaa i will listen your words from onwards but now listening to talks i am geeting scared that you will vioalte the law which may harm us and agian prove us wrong ..

THAKUMAA:u dont think about all this law and all now because you are important to us than this law and all and dont open your mouth now

POLICE:excuse me it's time to move by saying this they took her out

ANI:by standing at his place he thinking in mind(the actual work should start from now)

Here,

TAKUMAA:this zamindars always prove that they are always meant for the backstab

TRC(smirks and says):ya everyone knows that who are meant for backstab and now itself it was proved infront of all

before takumaa saying anything before ani came and said to TRC that,

ANI:kaka why are you waisting your time by speaking comes lets go and you know taht always truth wins over lie and gods wins over devils as we had seen in vedas so lets go now and by giving a sign expression to a person in the group there and took his family out court for the purpose of his mission which is know to him

Now the das family with sad faces coming out of the court at that time CC started to speak with takumaa

CC:takumaa i will not going you happen this to bon at any cost i will make anything to free her from this punishment as i canot see my family member like this

SUMATI(W:son in law plz save my child from this punishement who is innocent where she clutched in the game ploy of war

TAKUMAA:umati dont cry we will try our best to get out the bon from this punishment by crook or hook

CC :yes mom you dont worry bon is our family member i will do anything foe our family i will see not to happen anything to her

BC:its not easy cc babu to get her out legally which proved with evidence of jer own words

CC:no i will do anything to keep my family so i will make escape her from the punishment by legal or by illegally and said to family to go to havelli and he will bring bon to home and in mind he thought some thing and went towards his jeep along with his men...
