I wish I could criticize more...
How is it to deal with anxiety? Well, I would like to say that is confronting and dealing with your emotions. I get too many emotions in only one day and you can say that I suffer from bipolar disorder instead of anxiety. Well maybe they have some connection, but the fact is: when you suffer from anxiety you are the only person that can help yourself! Yeah, exactly! So there is some advice: be positive, or well try to be positive, talk with yourself, do some sports even though you are not into it. You just have a way out, need to try harder and be busy with good stuff, for not let your mind create those bad thoughts that can sabotage you. That works for me and sometimes I forget that I deal with that! Deep breath, yeah that helps too, and sometimes you feel that your heart is so heavy, as if someone was pulling a needle into your heart.
You can face many symptoms and even those who are suffering from anxiety do not know that. I just hope that people can start to take care of their mental health as soon as possible, so we can avoid suicide or a possible stage of depression. But relax, is not the end of the world! Go to a therapist or psychologist and if for some reason he/she says that you have anxiety or depression, do not get panic. Every single person has a powerful lion inside their soul, a strong, incredible strength that can make you win and conquer everything, you just need to accept fate and fight for being ok. I know that is not easy, a long way. Get you, sometimes I cannot even wake up, but I take a long and deep breath, repeat to myself that I need to do that for myself! Because that's what matters. We shouldn't do things as a task, we should do it because we want it, for accomplishing something that certainly is good for us, not for others. Thinking for ourselves, living for ourselves. We must find out our destiny. I truly believe that we are all born with a purpose, a mission, a destiny that is waiting for us. But we have a long way. Life ain't easy, bro. So why should we accept little things if we can accomplish the greatest things? Think out of the box, right? Do not limitate ourselves, we deserve better and we can go further.
Don't be afraid of trying, taking risks is ok. Please do not be a coward, you should not be ashamed of failing, in everything, there's a good side. You just need to find out, there are no failures. Try to see things from another perspective! Is just a lesson that you can learn. Experiences are so important, make us know many other things and grow up too. I am thankful for all the bad and good experiences. Because I can look back and say: Damn girl you went through a lot, and you are still on the game!
