     "So Yami, which one do you think actually caught him?" Jack asked. "It was definitely Nia. That girls a reckless idiot who lives by her own rules, but she knows how to get a job done" He said.

"Keke! Can't say I blame you. That moron I sent is completely incompetent" Jack sighed. "Hey let's go moron!!" Xenia shouted from outside. "Please!! I don't wanna lose my life haha!" Sekke whined.

"Neither do I! Yami didn't say it needs to be a joint effort, and you can't take credit for half of what you didn't do! Now get off me and accept your fate mr haha!" She shouted.

"You two cannot go in there!" One of the palace workers said. "I'd rather get scolded than die thank you very much!" Xenia scoffed. She opened the door and they all looked.

Everyone's still here? I was gone for at least half an hour. I wonder what this meeting is about... Xenia thought. The truth is, the meeting ended 10 minutes ago.

None of them would admit besides Jack, Yami, and Julius, but they all wanted to see the outcome. "I'm back and I won" Xenia said dragging the aggressor and Sekke in by their shirts.

"Now you. Speak!" She said tossing Sekke in front of her. "Go on. Moron" She said. "Um... I-is this really necessary?" Sekke laughed nervously..

"Yes it is you worthless thankless ingrate!" She snapped. "But—" Sekke was cut off. "Don't forget that I saved your life mr Haha" She said. "My name is Sekke, haha!" He corrected.

"I don't care! Say what we rehearsed!" She said. "Ahem. Miss Xenia is the winner of this competition. I am the loser and had no part in her victory therefore I will take my punishment" He said boredly.

"Ahem..." She grunted loudly. "Right. Captain Yami. You are so lucky to have not only a powerful, but also smart and capable young lady on your squad. Everyone should be envious" He said.

"And..." She said. There's more? Nozel thought confused. "And Captain Yami you should let her go home to see the cutest person in the world, Luck Voltia" He rolled his eyes.

"I had no idea you felt that way Haha but I agree. So Captain can I go home?" She asked. "Yeah whatever, scram kid" He said. "Alright! Luck I'm coming for you!" She cheered rushing out.

     "I don't have to die today!!" She cheered bursting through the door. "Um... Congrats..?" Asta said confused. "So what happened?" Vanessa asked, surprisingly sober.

"When I went to see Vangeance this guy named Haha was also there. Captain Yami wanted me to convince him to come late, but Haha's Captain wanted him to convince Vangeance to come early" She explained.

"None of our plans worked and we agreed that he'd come on time. Exactly on time, so neither captain would win. Buuut it backfired and I almost died" She sighed.

"So how'd you get back here in one piece?" Magna asked. "I had to race with haha to see whoever would solve the problem in the capital first. I won so I got to leave." She smiled, while Yami and Finral arrived through a portal.

"What was the problem in the capital?" Asta asked. "Some wannabe Finral extremist was upset that a girl wasn't gonna go out with him" She yawned.

"Wait why'd you compare him to me?" Finral asked offended. "He's the one who got the short end of the stick. I said he's a wannabe" Xenia shrugged.

"What does that even mean?" Finral asked. "It means you're better than him. You know how to handle rejection since you've been through it so many times" She sighed.

"Stop mocking me!" He shouted, making them all laugh.
